When did Topical Smoothie start selling smoothies in a different size cup? I ordered 2 meals and two smoothies. They put my smoothies in a cup holder and put them in bags as well as the food I ordered. I get home and I have the regular size smoothie that comes in of course the large cup but when I got the second cup, it was a kiddie size cup but I was charged the same price as a large cup. Make it make sense please ?
This a super cute, super clean restaurant. They even have a DRIVE-THRU!! The service was quick and friendly.
Ordered the Smoky Grilled Cheese, and the sandwich was neither smoky or grilled…. at least there was cheese though. Unmelted, ice cold, cheese. And the bread wasn’t even warm. Overall I’d say I was pretty disappointed with what I was served. At least the side of sun chips was good. The sandwich gets a 0/5, the Sun Chips get a 5/5.
My husband and I went 20 minutes before closing and ordered sandwiches. The sandwiches were not cooked at all. Not toasted. The cheese was still shredded cheese and mozzarella pearls. I cannot believe how disappointed we were and how awful they were. There was NO LINE. No one in front of us. The workers cannot blame it on “being busy” even though that still would not excuse it. I hope the employees are really spoken to. That is absolutely inexcusable. Who knows if they spit in our food or what else they would have put in it. I’m glad we didn’t order smoothies or I’d be worried what they would have put in there. Do NOT go to this location. We got there at 9:44 and left through the drive through at 9:48. So we thought it was quick which was great. The workers didn’t seem rude in the moment. But i cannot believe what they served us.
Ordered from here via door dash. When I received my order. I received the correct smoothie but did not receive the correct sandwich. It is not hard to make the right order when it comes through

My smoothie when I stick it in comes right out it’s suppose to stay in the straw until. Good company but need to work on service and product knowledge
Worse smoothies I’ve ever gotten from one of these locations. They was like snow cones with pieces of fruit instead of a smoothie. Ordered them due to my child’s stomach issues and it being the only way to get her to consume fruit and she won’t even drink it. Not like it’s drinkable anyways

I love smoothies but this location is horrible! Two cars and they cant keep up?! Doesnt make sense!!!! Speed up ppl!!! Dont come here unless you have an hour to wait on a dang smoothie!
