Never had any issues with tipping people, if we got good service, but when they add on their own tip and have bad customer service.... I do have a big issue with that! Kara barely spoke to us and when she did was very short with replies, then added her own $5 tip. That is not the way to run your business, great way to make us not want to return.
This place was amazing I ordered a avocado grilled cheese sandwich from my daughter A bacon turkey ranch sandwich for myself Thai wrap for my husband and it was delicious I also ordered a Is mocha madness a key weed drink and a blueberry Bliss This place is really nice and clean the employees were very nice on a busy day they allow my cat to come inside in her case to stay out of the heat Ever come by Little Rock again I will come to this place every time
I like coming to this place because the smoothies are excellent and the food is really good as well. I get in the habit of getting the same exact drink but this time I switched it up and was really glad I did. They alao gave me a military discount.

I’ve had several brands of plant based meat including beyond chicken. The version of plant based chicken they are using has no taste, a terrible texture (looked like shaved roast beef) and the quantity was about a half ounce, if even that. My bowl felt empty. They also forgot to include one of our sides and we didn’t notice til we got home. So disappointing.
GREAT group of employees! They where willing to make me a special smoothie due to my diet.
I live in Little Rock but I had a doctor's appointment this morning in North Little Rock, close to this Tropical Smoothie location, so I stopped by the drive thru and grabbed a couple of smoothies for myself and my son, as well as a breakfast wrap. Jennifer took my order at the drive thru and let me tell you, she knows how to make an excellent smoothie. Our smoothies tasted way better than any of the smoothies we've ever ordered from the different Little Rock locations that we frequent. Our smoothies actually had really good flavor and they were creamy smooth without any ice chips, the way it should be. I was so impressed by the quality that I called Jennifer to tell her what a great job she did on our smoothies. Everyone at this location was super friendly, but most importantly, they make excellent smoothies. I will be making a special trip across the river from now on.
Poor management ????Dont let your teenagers work here. My teenage son was told to stay off the clock until closing time because they were slow but he stay to close the store. They also keep school-age kids past 10:30 on a school night and only schedule 2 hours to work a week.
