So, me and my husband came in it wasn’t busy at all plenty of people standing around. The front desk host was extremely rude and had her hairbrush up front brushing her hair. Not only that but she had these long nasty nails that she would not stop clacking together. Then she told us it would be a 20 min wait… ridiculous. 20 min go by and she calls our name. She turns around and races us to our seat sits our menus down and walks away before we even get to the booth. Then the server gets our drinks we order burgers. She tells us they don’t even have burgers which is about 50% of their menu! So we just pay for our drinks and leave. Completely ridiculous! No wonder it was so empty.
Worst TGI Fridays to go to!!! Horrible customer service!!!! Horrible management!!!! Complete all out horrible place to go to!!!! After a 3 hour family trip my husband, children, and I had the worst service and experience ever!!!! I asked for the Whiskey sampler no shrimp allergic to shrimp extra chicken instead the server Taylor stayed you can’t get that I nicely asked why she stated it’s a appetizer so I waited til my husband and children received their food and asked for a manager after I called 2 different locations to confirm that it was a way for my order to be place !!!! I told the manager I am allergic to shrimp she told me in response order something else that doesn’t have shrimp and walked away!!!! My husband ordered the full rack of rib that was so tough you had to cut it with a knife. He did not won’t them anymore the server Taylor refused to get a manager once we asked for the check because she was still trying to charge him for the rib when he couldn’t eat them!!! Then stated they will not take anything off because he ate one I told her can the manager come out and explain some stuff !!!! When the manager finally came out she tell the waiter oh you said he ate most of the food then tried to charge him for a refill saying I order it and I told the lady I wasn’t ordering anything because I am not ordering anything from here!!! I wouldn’t RECOMMEND MY DOG TO EAT HERE worst experience ever !!!! At this point this location needs to be closed down !!!!
What happened? I used to love going to Fridays!! Last night completely missed the mark for my family and me. For starters, we got sat In a very dark but still noticeably dirty section after one server was very open to the host about not sitting us in her section. Some of the staff were very loudly discussing how they close at 10:00 and they were tired of folks coming in. From what I saw, it wasn’t even that busy. The server we had was really nice. I didn’t once hear him complain about people coming in or being sat. The bathroom was scary. I had to take my kids and it was even darker than the dark section we were in and just as dirty. My pot stickers weren’t bad but I don’t ever remember them being crispy. Probably won’t be back.
Last night we decided to try Friday's for the first time.(it was around 4 pm) There were a couple of people at the bar but no one in the restaurant section eating. Our server was a lady who obviously felt very over worked. She rolled her eyes at us (my husband and preteen daughter) and then sat us in the middle walk way area. She loudly told us she worked 2 doubleshifts this weekend open to close so she felt rushed. She pressured us into a drink order so she could do other work she said. Drinks came we ordered food. After a long wait (finished our drinks and still were waiting. She brought out 2 of our meals. Mine was still being prepared. There was to go orders ahead of mine. My husband told her to cancel the food and just pay for our drinks. The server said are you kidding me. Huffed and walked away. Our bill was $21 and some change for 3 drinks (a tall draft, a Bacardi rum punch and a raspberry tea.) As we were paying she threw 2 containers at us and said my food was thrown away but they could take theirs home to eat. We left the food on the table. Awful service.

The young lady that served us was very friendly. The atmosphere inside was very nice. Low lighting, good music, not loud. Lots of space and very clean.Only thing I can complain about, was the food. My niece ordered the classic cheeseburger and asked for it to be well done. She got it back and it was BURNT! LOL I got the Fridays Classic Combo (traditional wings, cheesesticks & potato skins) my wings were HELLA HARD & wasn't even cooked through. SMH the potato skins were hard and didn't taste fresh.Not to mention, they has a whole argument going on by the bar area involving one of the employees and 3 customers. LOL SMH yea, we won't be back after this. But, thank you to our waitress for being so sweet and friendly.
This was my family's first visit to Little Rock and haven't been to a Friday's in years. Save your money and hit up McDonald's instead. After a 3hr drive and snacking, we were looking forward to a satisfying meal. We were a party of 4 and only 1 of 4 meals was worth a 1 star. Another star for the nice waitress but burnt burgers & not fully cooked wings. Road trip kill.
We ordered curbside and it was such a horrible experience. We called multiple times and the staff kept picking up and hanging up on us. We decided to go inside and see what was wrong and they literally ignored me and another customer for 10 min before asking us how they could help us. When we explained that we’d been in the car waiting for curbside she had the nerve to ask us why we didn’t just come inside. Seriously?I ultimately asked for a refund and the manager processed the refund- without an apology or a single empathetic word.This is horrible guys. Get it together. We’ve come here for over a decade and never has service been so poor. The staff should be embarrassed by their lack of professionalism. Not a good look.
Food is great, but service needs much improvement.
My experience with this restaurant was ridiculous. My server was kind but the wait was long. Which I can understand if they are understaffed for the day but I received my food and it was missing 2 key items I was brought them on the side one was queso and another was suppose to be a cheese sauce to go on my burger and was given melted cheese on a plate and a scope of i don't know what. I don't know how they expected me to put it on my burger. I will not recommend anyone eat here. When I completed the survey management contacted me asking if I know someone who needs a job completely caught me off guard. They didn't even mention the food quality ?
