Just stopped by here to have a beef and cheese taco kid's meal. I often order this when I am not overly hungry. Found out at the cash register that they have started charging a $2.00 upcharge for anyone over 12 ordering this meal. I went ahead and paid it today, but I am now through with Tacos For Life. Nobody likes to be surprised at the last second with extra, unadvertised charges. This is poor customer service on behalf of the owners and management. You have lost a loyal customer and I will be telling others.
The service was bad. We didn’t like the self checkout . When we did it we did it right but they brought it out to go. I told them we were going to eat in. The girl took it back and it was another 5 to ten minutes before we got it. Then the girl just dropped it on our table and turned and left. No thanks no we apologize no nothing. That’s not good for your company.
$10 and 20 minutes later.. Drive-thru service has plummeted the past few months. There's almost a guaranteed 20 minute wait for a basic meal.*It's supposed to be a quesadilla
As always food is delicious! Might be my 6th or 7th time eating at Tacos 4 Life and ever time its so good! We decided to get it to go today and take it home and eat. We ate and even had some leftover for dinner or lunch tomorrow.
First off, just gotta say that Angela is AWESOME!!! The service is on a different level, as is the quality of the food and their active approach to fighting world hunger. I love this place. Did I mention that Angela rocks my face off? 'Cause she does. Be sure to try the guacamole. Cheers!
Visted today and experienced great customer service from Somiah. She was very polite. I will return soon.
First one I visited was in West Little Rock on Schakleford and we were on the way to Texas so to be North Little Rock location was pretty convenient as we usually have a stopping point at the McCain area as we are coming through. My family thoroughly enjoyed every part as I also had a free taco for singing up on the rewards app. I love the chorizo taco, the Korean beef taco and the Hawaiian Shrimp. My wife enjoyed the Chicken bacon ranch tacos and we all agreed the Mexican cream corn is the right side choice for a wonderful pairing on your taco combo meal. It is wonderful how they donate so much to feed the hungry and the atmosphere is really neat. I had the first time gone through late night in the drive through but this time we went dined in. Wonderful place I highly recommend and way better than Taco bell or Taco bueno.
It's ok for a quick lunch. The pork taco I had was spicy, a different flavor for me not to my liking. There's a lot of greens in them. The refried black beans were pulverized, I don't care for that.
The customer service was great as well as food was delicious
We love stopping into Tacos 4 Life when we are in town. It’s always nice to see Truitt’s smiling face. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and ingredients in each item.
