I will not be returning to any taco Buno location! Ordered 3 tacos and nachos. The Order arrived with no nachos. I went up to ask for my nachos and was being ignored. ROBERT the Store manager Was ignoring me for several minutes after he acknowledged my existence. I explain to him I didn't receive my nachos and Instead Of fixing the simple issue he spent 10 minutes looking for the receipt because they did not give me one. when he found it he let me know there was a different item on my receipt. I let him know I ordered nachos. He said well we don't give refunds. I said I just want my nachos.He said you are going to have to pay for them and we can't refund that item that was on your receipt... I looked at the reviews Robert's name is tied to many of the 1 star reviews it goes back more than a year. So it seems his behavior alines with the company's standards.That is why I will not be returning to any of their locations.
It was the most disgusting this food I ever tasted I threw up the food was spoiled and the manager had an attitude he act like he didn't want to accommodate us for our food then spoiled and he never gave not one apology May, Friday the 13th 2022 I would not recommend this establishment to anyone that crew workers and they're told us several people came and told them that they have spoiled food and they're doing nothing about it so I give them a f
If I could give zero stars I WOULD. I spent over $30 for me and my family. Food was horribly made. Turn right around at the exit and went back through drive-thru. Politely explained that the order was not satisfying. The shift manager Joey IMMEDIATELY says we can’t give refunds. I never asked for a refund but can you at least make it correctly and give me fresh food. The food was cold and old seems like.He says no. Ok well if you’re not going to remake it at least give a refund then. He said no but I can go get my manager. He goes to get the store manager Robert. Robert comes to the window I politely spoke and said “hey how are you” he looked at me with a dead stare and said NOTHING. I then asked “are you ok I spoke you said nothing”. His reply was “well I’m off and he had to come out to get me”. I politely apologized and explained the situation and told him I wasn’t looking for a refund but to if they could simply make the order correctly he told me no. I asked if they can’t make it correctly why not a refund he told me NO close the window in my face. And I could read his lips through the window tell the employee to call 911.I sat a waited because I did nothing wrong but made a purchase. I had my children with me. They had to witness something so horrible. I was very polite and was treated very poorly. I will never in life spend another penny at Taco Bueno for this matter. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!
I ordered a #5 and the beef nacho salad (as pictured) wasn’t worth the $9.44 price because I barely got any food. This was how I opened it once I got home to Maumelle.
Only good thing I can say is their pricing of their menu items. Food was okay but second taco had more shell then beef. Along with this was their lack of supporting their corporate reward program. After signing up from their own receipt info, they wouldn't honor the free item promised by it for signing up. They stated it's 3rd party and their not corporate store. I stayed but it's your receipt. In the end, they didn't honor it.
The first time I ate at a taco bueno it was in owasso, Oklahoma I was 15 years old and I got the mexi chips and dips and I have loved them ever since. They used to come in three shells formed into bowls along with salsa and guacamole on a tiny pile of lettuce and tomatoes. I'm not sure what's going on with this Taco Bueno or if all of them are this way now, but there was no tortilla bowls. My cheese, dip and salsa and guacamole without any lettuce or tomato was placed in a styrofoam container and maybe a dozen chips were in there as well. It seems as if the quality of Taco bueno's food has sorely gone downhill. It's nowhere near as good as it used to be and that's a shame. This is one of the most expensive, fast food restaurants You can obtain a meal from. No I don't mind tire prices if the food is good. But at this price point Tuck a bueno needs to get their act together. I would not recommend going there. The quality of the food and the prices are ridiculous. ?
Their customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE!! Placed an order through Bite Squad for nearly $100, and they refused to make or deliver it!! Bite Squad attempted to call them multiple times, and they ignored the calls. It was after I attempted to reach out to them that they finally answered the phone...the girl who answered was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional...only stating that they no longer delivered! Not only that, but she didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to place the order over the phone. And...she refused to let me speak to a manager, making up an excuse that they weren't there. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, and needless to say they lost not only a customer, but also a nearly $100 sale because of their poor customer service. They really need to be retrained, because they do not know the basics of good customer service!!
The beat value for your money in my opion when they say xl burrito they mean it was big I got to extra large items thinking it was gonna be some what like blue coast just thick but I had two meals that day
One star for service. Food was wrong and people behind the counter wanted to argue with my father in law about it instead of just listening. We ended up just getting shorted on food and eating what was given to us. It wasn't worth it to get into it with the employees since they didn't want to be helpful or listen He and my mother in law love this place and eat there all the time and have never had a experience like that and it was eneugh for them to say maybe we won't go back
Yikes !!! Hoping we don’t get sick from this visit. We waited in drive thru for 23 minutes for a 23 dollar order .. 6 tacos and a chip and guacamole …. Thought since we were waiting so long that would mean hot fresh food… NOPE. Got back to hotel two minutes away and everything was old and cold and gross with NO FLAVOR EXCEPT OLD GREASE !! Save your money.. your better off hungry than going here ! There is a taco truck down the street .. that will be where I go next time !
