From a weary road warrior - I thank youBack in my youth, I used to work the nightshift at Burger King. We were dead most of the night, but the occasional car would trickle through. I decided early on that all the food on my shift would be made fresh. Mostly just to spice up an otherwise boring night. Now, I travel for my IT job. I just got off an 11 hour drive from Ohio, super tired and hungry and just wanting to get some quick food at midnight. The folks at this TB are doing a great service. The food I had here was honestly the best Taco Bell I've ever had. The food was so hot and fresh, crispy and delicious. It really made my night. Thank you guys! You rock!

The Taco Bell on McCain is TERRIBLE! Employees are rude. Lobby and dinning area was filthy. Not a single table had been cleaned from previous occupants. We were there just before 7pm, it wasn't busy at all but the employees were bragging about getting off at 7pm and they were just going to sit down till quitting time. They should have had the initiative to use the last 10 minutes they were on the clock to clean off the tables, wipe out the chairs and sweep the floor but no. You can tell this particular crew was there just for a paycheck and not to actually work.

We sat in the drive through for about 20 minutes then got to order and was told we could only pay with exact cash or credit...and wouldn't you know I only had a 20.00 bill with me. I believe they should of posted a sign so we would of had to wait ...so we went to Wendy's right next door... fast good food and paid with a 20.00 !

You will not be satisfied management and everyone very rude they eat and drink right in front of you while you're trying to order your food. Will refuse to give you your money back if they make your order wrong.

They need to shutdown, been going every now and then for a year or so now. Every time I think maybe it’s better now…. nope. Waited 50 minutes today just for my order to not even be right. I’m not a fan of sour cream and always ask to have it taken off. It can be on the display saying No sour cream and they’ll put it on there still about 75% of the time. Average wait for me has always been about 15-25 min. I feel bad for the workers cause I know they’re understaffed, you can tell it’s to the point where even they do not care. This store has a management issue I would assume with how long and often they screw up. Don’t go here. Yelp shows average rating of 1.5 stars i’d say that more accurate.

I had a chicken power bowl & a supreme crunchy taco , that’s it. My chicken power bowl had no black beans, no avocado ranch, & no sour cream on it. Strictly a whole bowl of rice with a few chicken pieces & some tomatoes. My supreme taco that I paid $3 for was not supreme, it was just a regular taco. This was after my friend & I waited nearly 15 minutes with no one else in the store. The employees were carrying on in the back while we waited. The employee that took our order was very nice, that is the only reason this establishment gets two stars. I feel ripped off. Will not be back to this Taco Bell

I very rarely leave a review of a business if it's less than five stars, typically I do not return. Some businesses are so bad, it requires warning the public , so to speak, in order to prevent them from experiencing the debacle. Take this location of TacoBell, the dining floor is locked to the public. We were used to this from recent experience ( read covid). However, this location does not warn you with signage to keep you from exiting the vehicle only to pull on the "door of disappointment". More over, if you are burdened with difficulty walking/standing, the lack of signage adds insult to your injury. To highlight the problem further, the wait in the drive-thru is almost thirty minutes. Imagine placing an order, being pinned in line with no easy escape, needing to use the facilities, and a thirty minute drive-thru wait. I was however, thrilled initially to see the employees delivering orders to customers in the parking lot, only to later come to realize it is a service reserved only for friends or family. Do yourself, and your family, a favor and go get your tacos at another location.

I didn't realize we sold cold burritos at this establishment. Combo's with rude and Frankly out of touch staff. I had a simple order. It wasn't cheap and just wanted it made exactly how the screen shows. Too bad the fries were also like rocks. Horrible dining experience and i was there all of 8 minutes.

I pull up the man who answers to drive through window I'm assuming is the manager, because I see him going to his car with his uniform. He asks for me to wait 15 minutes for them to reboot their system. I told him that's fine I will wait. Finally I see him leave his car and then he gets on the headset and tells me we're only serving tacos right now due to staff. I'm sorry Taco Bell and McDonald's are the only things open on McCain Boulevard, you really should not waste people's time like that it's very rude. He could have told me that from the get-go. I'm not being a Karen I am someone who works in the food industry as well right down the street at Jimmy John's and guess what we're always low on staff but but you don't have to waste people's time. And as a manager you should be trained to do everything in the store just like your other staff so there's no excuse

Waited in line 15 min to finally get told we no longer carry that item even though its on our menu. So had go spend money elsewhere. 30 min lunch turned into an hour fast-food aint fast.
