Excellent customer service, the staff is very kind. The staff is patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They also have great communication. They tough me how to scan in the app and still pay with a card at the window, so I can still get my points. I was unaware you could do that because I always just up loaded inside the app. My refresher was exactly the way I asked, so delicious. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Always dependable coffee.BUT I wish they wouldn't charge more for plant based milk and I wish they would do something about all the plastic cups they use.Would love to see the same price for plant based milk and a better solution for the to go cups.
Great prices and fast service. My only take away is it seems every time I go and order plain bagels, they never have them especially early in the morning like an hr or 2 after they’ve opened…they’re always out of them.
My girlfriend went in to get coffee and didn’t know where to pick it up. The lady proceeded to yell at her that she was on the wrong side of the bar and stomped off. Like just get a different job if you’re going to be completely miserable for no reason
Monday thru Friday mornings are awesome, amazing service. Saturday and Sundays are absolutely ridiculous. Twenty minutes for 4 cars in the drive through. Saturday was 35 minutes inside to get one coffee. There are many of us that visit 7 days a week for our coffee. Would like to know why the service is so different on the weekends.
