You have to scream when ordering at the drive through and still, half the time, they can’t hear you. Too often I’ve said “let’s just forget it sand go home.”
Getting really tired of all the stalls being closed and having to go through the drive thru. A 5 minute trip to get a drink turns into 15+ minutes when it’s busy. It’s really inconvenient. I don’t understand how the big Sonic a few miles down the road is fully open and runs fine but this sonic that’s maybe half its size can’t open its stalls.
If I could give a -1 star I would. This place is atrocious. I am still currently waiting for my order that was place almost TWENTY MINUTES ago.The workers are rude, lazy & have no customer service or work ethic.
GHETTO RUN DOWN POORLY MANAGED Very few stalls work. Then even some that do are blocked off. It only leaves 5 or 6 stalls to pull into. Also, this location is inconsistant with closing hours. I have placed online orders and paid for them just to drive to the location and be told my order is being cancelled and my money refunded in 7 to 10 days. This is UNACCEPTABLE business practice. Ps. Mcdonalds is 1 block away and has $1 drinks ALL DAY EVERY DAY.
The burgers and tots were great but the shakes were not mixed well

I come to this sonic sometimes and they’ve always been good and provide quick food service. Tonight I went and go the bacon on bacon quarter pound double cheese burger with a milkshake. I’m currently pregnant right now and it took everything in me to get out tonight but I had my mind set on a good sonic burger. I placed the order through the app since there’s was 1/2 off the price of the burger and pull up to the drive thru. They gave me my food and drink in a timely manner and once I got home I was ready to eat . I opened up the wrapper and became sadly disappointed in the burger. It was hard and looked mostly burnt. I just wanted to cry and I did on the phone to my partner about it because I was already back home and comfortable and just wanted to eat a delicious burger. After my partner consoled me. I called sonic back and spoke with the manager Val. She was amazing and offered me some additional ice cream for my trouble which I accepted. Now I just had to muster up the strength to get back out tonight which I really didn’t want to do. I get to the drive thru and Val is the one on the mic. I give her my name and she completely surprises me by offering me a small drink and small fry instead and my burger came out perfect. The manager Val really did turn around my experience I had at sonic tonight and I would recommend everyone to continue to go to this sonic location and to give them the chance to fix your issues if they happen to mess up because VAL truly made me feel better after tonight.
They are consistent on taking your order right. They actually listen after they ask you what can I get for you today? Then all you have to do without interruptions is tell them. They listen.
Average sonic. That is not that great and a bit expensive. The shake was good. And the staff was very nice and fast. But the food was "meh"
Ordered my food on the app ahead of time. I ordered it at 1143 for 1150 pickup. Got there at 1150, it’s 1214 and just got my food after pushing the red button multiple times. Had to tell them my order number since they cleared out my order. Food was no longer hot also. I added a tip also, will never do that again.For anybody eating here, don’t use the app. You won’t get your food on time. The Sonic at Maumelle commons is no better.
