Please keep driving staff is extremely rude when asked for a manager I was refused stated they were the manager then after asking for the complaint number I was given the wrong number
Rude staff. Didn’t acknowledge mobile order. Charged twice and not refunded. Don’t waste your time stopping here!
Everytime we've gone to this sonic the employees are rude with the exception of maybe 2 of the woman who work the day shift. The drive through is the only way you get service now. They no longer will take orders at the car stalls. Once you do get up to the window to pay the cashier will not give your change back unless you ask her for it. Last time I checked if I tip you that's my choice as a customer not yours. Since when did you an employee of Sonic get to make the decision of keeping my change from a twenty dollar bill when my order was only eight and some change. Then have the audacity to cop an attitude because I asked for my change. Your response was oh we don't give change back and when I said since when you rudely shut the window and another girl came over and gave me my change. As far as I'm concerned you are stealing from customers.
Not even gonna waste my time saying what went wrong at this location.. please close it down or get a whole new staff! Ridiculously sorry, rude, and ghetto!
I just stopped to get some ice but the ladies were very nice. I'm big on customer service and they were very good
I will never fo back to SONIC periodt!!!! These people charged me 18.45 for a garlic butter burger. I was so hungry I gave her my card and she gave me my food took my card and went inside with my card. She came back with my card and maybe my receipt but I just remembered putting my card directly in my purse. Thinking I would be charged the 8.00 that was listed. I've called since Nov 20, 2021 the location as well as CUSTOMER SERVICE CORP AND NOT ONE PERSON HAVE GOTTEN BACK WITH ME. I'm upset at the BRAND IN GENERAL. This is a million dollar corporation that has been around for years and It's concerning that they could care less how they're customers are treated.
One thing I like about sonic is is the huge amount of drinks that are available. It's almost like a premium malt shop that I can go to anytime I want I'm at work. The best part is when I get a chance to make it within happy hour.
This location is horrible. I love sonic but this is the worst one I’ve ever been to and I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt by coming multiple different times and even at different times a day. Not only do they make you do drive through because no one wants to walk anything out to the drive in spots but the people working there clearly don’t want to be there and it shows in the cold food they hand out. The lady today even had the nerve to wipe her nose on her hand while looking at me and then handed me my drink with the same hand directly after I wanted to cry and to top it off when I took a drink of it it was all watery because the soda syrup had run out. I’m so disappointed and I just want a manager or owner to do something about this it’s been over a month and others I know have the same experience we all literally drive to Sherwood. Tip of advice if you aren’t happy where you work then please quit and allow someone to fill your spot who would be grateful for the opportunity. Energy is everything and you should strive for the best.
