I was very surprised how fast my order came out. I was still trying to get my exact change with a tip when I looked at my window and she was there. I thought it was gonna be a "warmed over" burger but was quite happy to find out it was fresh off the grill. My frozen lemonade with strawberries gave me happiness. My attendant was also polite. She actually smiled and said thank you. These days you don't see or hear that enough. Great food and service today Mr Sonic.??

The drink was good, and that's why they're getting 2 stars.There's no drive-thru, only the intercoms, and instead of coming out to see what I had to figure it out when they were clearly lost, they ignored me. I have a coupon for a free medium cherry limeade because the last Sonic messed my order up at another location. I told them I dislike cherries and would pay an upcharge to change it to strawberry or cranberry. The lady said, "hold on" I waited almost 5 minutes, and the screen changed to ask for payment and told me my order was being prepared. I pushed the button again, and the lady did the same thing, so I just said I'd take a cranberry limeade. If they're not going to have a drive-thru, they need to be proactive rather than reactive and take the initiative to take 20 steps to go outside and see what the person is talking about instead of completely ignoring them. Or say, "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're saying; you may want to go to the original location; they'd be able to help you best." Anything would've been better than ignoring me and charging me for a product I didn't want to make up for a mistake of missing the main food item in my bag, the reason I received the coupon.

Ordered 2 Cherry Limeades. No fruit and the cups were sticky because it spilled over and they didn't wipe the outside.

Showed up ten minutes before close and they wouldn’t even answer the box. When I finally got their attention staff were extremely rude. 0/10 must avoid

This is one of the best Sonics in Little Rock. They are ALWAYS courteous unlike one or two of the others. The area is always clean and it has a playground and volleyball court. There is a worker who works here in the mornings who has been a subject of customer service in one of my Sales Meetings because of her great service. I have talked to the manager of this location a few times as he was out cleaning his lot and doing other duties. He really seems to be proud of his store and his team good job guy. Oh yeah, fast service and food cooked the proper way is what you will get when you come here.

This particular franchise restaurant was in need of a remodel. There was nobody there but me last night at 9:30 but yet it took 15 minutes to get somebody to answer the button. Otherwise The pretzel I ordered was fine. Not typical of the other sonics I've been to where the service was outstanding. ?

The staff is awesome. But your screens are always broke. What the heck, it’s been months.

Some M&Ms sprinkled on top of ice cream is 7$ for a "sonic blast"??I ordered an oreo and cookie dough blast, got home and it was M&Ms, nothing else. There weren't even candies mixed through the ice cream, it was just some sprinked on top. Paid 7$ for it

1/2 price on corn dogs for St. Patrick Day. Quick service and good food.
