Food is great. Service is usually great. My drinks get mixed up or forgotten sometimes.
Half the stalls are literally broken. Food is way over-priced. Talking 6-7 dollars for a single breakfast burrito. If you do manage to find a working stall then plan to be sitting there for a while and having the hit the button multiple times before they acknowledge you.
The new Sour Patch Kids Slush Float was AWESOME ?
This place requires a lot of repairs on stalls, drive thru is hard reach because of Ballard. Order accuracy is low. And the layout blocks flow of traffic by drive thru, horrible sonic.
Usually an OK place to eat but recently has gone farther down on the quality scale. Recently went there on a pretty slow night and ordered 1 pretzel twist with the usual yellow cheese and a sweet tea with light ice. 20+ minutes later I finally get the order but the tea had NO ice and was warm, the pretzel was abit burned and they gave me cream cheese. No sonic has ever given me cream cheese for a pretzel twist. Usually automatically give YELLOW cheese.
Has to ve the worst sonic eeever!!!This was my 2nd visit on 1st they over charged me, rather than re-ring the order the Manger told me they would issue me a #2 no charge o. Next visit. Lied would not honor that and I had to wait 53 min for my order, which was wrong and had to go get correct 1. I left got home 5 min drive to notice the shakes were melted, burger not cooked thoroughly and half the fries missing.Poor service bad attitudes and bad food.
I love this Sonic. The food and drinks are always great. My experience most recently however was not great. Quite expensive actually. Sonic, PLEASE invest in security cameras. A man parked at the trashcan threw a rock at my back window instantly shattering it on Sunday March 13th because my husband asked them to move since we had to back up to go around them to exit. The accident took place approximately 1:36pm that day.
Service was not friendly in the least. The girl that came out didn't even say a word to me. She just handed me my slushie, turned around, and went back inside. I thought it pretty rude.
It was a pretty good experience except for the long weight. But the staff was kind, all smiling under pressure and I will definitely be back.
Never fails, every time I go to sonic I pull up to a broken stall. This was the 2nd stall that I pulled up to before I decided to just leave. No matter which stall I choose I get several broken or out of order stalls. How can a business make money if somebody can't order???
