I enjoyed my surprise trip to Shipley's donuts today. On my way home on a route that I don't usually take, I spotted the open sign and quickly turned in. The staff were super friendly and the store was super clean. I got my donuts and left. Even the young customer coming in as I was leaving held the door open for me (such nice welcomed manners in these days). Sitting on my couch, I think I swallowed the first one WHOLE. I don't remember it touching my tongue or my teeth just straight down the throat to the stomach. Lol, just kidding but almost. These donuts brought back memories from my youth when we (FBLA) used to sell them before class when I was in high school. #Delicious #YumYum

I was so happy to find they opened a new Shipley on JFK within the last year. This location is my new go-to when I come into town to visit family. The super cute area inside is updated compared to the other locations. Friendly service and everything was fresh and hot. This is the way I want to start every morning. Great job!
They had nothing I wanted! No sausage or bacon.
