Chocolate milk and hot to go donuts. And people that are there to please.
Have been going there for years. I love all the foods offered there. The employees are very friendly and know our names.

VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I used the restroom before placing an order. After using the restroom, I realized that they didn't have what I wanted, so I told the cashier that I wasn't going to order anything. The cashier/employee became upset. She told me that I used her restroom and should order something (although they didn't have what I wanted) because they don't have a public restroom. I told her that she was being very rude, and I won't be back. She then stated that she hopes I didn't stink up her bathroom. This was my first visit and last visit. Maumelle really needs a Krispy Kreme. I didn't know that you had to order something that you don't want because you use Shipley's bathroom!

Great donuts for the area, good for bringing into work. Great staff. Wish the had better packaging like Dunkin Donuts have, as they literally stick donuts next to each other for the dozen donuts where frosting can stick on another donut.
Very rude customer service. Stopped by and ordered 7 chocolate glazed and 5 regular glazed donuts and 3 ham and cheese kolache. As I was driving off I noticed my order was wrong and I only had 1 Kolache and it was not even the kolache I ordered. I went back to the window and was very nice and told her my order must of got mixed up. I told her what I ordered and she wanted to argue with me and tell me she wrote it down. Well she obviously didn’t understand me or she wrote it down wrong because I received 5 chocolate and 7 regular I didn’t want to argue with her so I just left. I will never visit this place again and will tell everyone about my experience. Their loss as I visit this place often. I will go to another Shipleys close to my job or visit 7 Days donuts in Maumelle.
