While visiting Little Rock with my wife and son, we ate at this location. I walked in a minute before my family and greeted the person behind the counter with a very friendly "hello, how are doing tonight". The very unhappy looking middle aged woman (just describing her for her supervisor, should he/she care to know) responded without a smile "what do you want?". I simply proceeded with my order, as did my wife and son who were at the counter by then, too. They weren't in the shop yet for the unfriendly greeting. While my wife and son went to wash their hands before eating, an older very friendly man came in and was also rudely greeted. He called her out on it and told her she had a bad attitude and she became nicer to him. I didn't say anything to her because I didn't want to start anything. I guess when there's such difficulty these days in finding employees you take anything you can get and it shows.
My wife and I stopped here on our vacation. We got 2 pizzas and 2 bowls of soup. It was so good! Best pizza I have had in a long time!
Great sandwiches! I guess you have to remember your paying for the sandwich and not the ambiance. Great sandwich, customer service...not so much.
Great tasting sandwiches which were made in a timely fashion. We had three different sandwiches with items added or taken off. Every sandwich was made correctly which made everyone happy.
One of my favorite sandwich places. It's a little bit $$, but worth it .

The food is always good and consistent but a bit on the pricey side the drive-through was a bit confusing and I felt rushed to order
Sandwiches were good. Ordered a small drink and they charged and gave us a medium. Dining room was closed, no restroom access. Wasn’t awesome for an off highway stop, but the food was good.
The original is by far the most delicious sandwich I have ever put in my mouth. The bread is one of a kind awesomeness with divine fresh ingredients piled up in between. My son is not big on sandwiches but is always ready to go to Schlotzsky's for their bomb pizzas. Everything is made fresh to order with a smile and the portions are large and in charge. Go with an appetite and a friend.
