The lady there name Kaylee Lee was real nice and fixed our food fresh. I will definitely will go there again.
To whom it may concern the employees at the night shift trying to close the store early and keep claiming their system is down even though they will ask you if you have a online order which is kind of surprising and it is impossible to believe that every night they have the same issue I have been working pretty late and taking care of some business so I have to grab something to eat from outside and last couple of nights I've been going to Riley's on McCain every night around 12:30 To 1240 they will claim that the system is down which is a bit surprising
Accepted a door dash order there and was supposed to pick it up by 12:45. I arrived at 12:42 and waited. 20 minutes went by and the line hadn’t moved one single car. My delivery drop off time came and went(which lowers my rating as a driver) and we still hadn’t moved. At 1:25 myself and a few other drivers got out of our cars and walked up to the window and the manager and line worker continually walked past us and ignored us trying to get an ETA. We also tried calling inside the store and they never answered. At this point it’s been around 40 minutes and NOT A SINGLE ORDER has come out the window. The line worker then proceeded to yell at another driver that if we didn’t stop bothering them they weren’t going to make our food period. At 1:50 (over an hour later)I FINALLY got my door dash order checked in and when I asked why it took over an hr for an order with 2 items the manager was extremely rude and said he had to make food for the real customers “not drivers” and we can all get over it. When asked why he allowed his employees to speak with us that way he shrugged his shoulders and said that he wasn’t the one who said it so whatever and then laughed. I have never had such a bad merchant experience delivering and am extremely disappointed because this order paid $8 and it took me an hour and a half to complete the entire delivery and it lowered my ratings. Completely unacceptable and would recommend you go anywhere else.
Ordered a strawberry milkshake for delivery and they lied to the delivery driver and said they contacted me to ask if I would accept a soda instead of my $7 milkshake. I did not get a call and if I had, I would have just canceled my order considering they didn’t have what I wanted. I called them 10 times and they won’t answer their phone. I will not waste my time here again. So unprofessional
Got the 3pc seasoned tenders that wasn't very tender, may have been old bc I went at 3pm. They look way better then they taste.
Service and burgers were great, however the fries were not crispy really soggy! I know about the guarantee, I had already pulled away and having waited in the parking lot for a burger without cheese and the rest of my food, I was late and Rallys is not convenient to where I live, so.....

I really really missed Rally's. There wasn't one in Saline County (Bryant/Benton) where we had lived. This one is relatively "close" to us now, so we always stop in.I've been here at a variety of times, after opening, late on a busy weekend. The food is always consistent, hot and made correctly. The staff here is truly amazing, they're always kind. They work in a hot, crowded and often busy environment and they're just great! Seriously love this location!
Chilli dog was great, the chiken bites box with fries was okay. Chicken was not the star it should have been. Fries were really good. They were out of the items we order. Update Bumping them up. Their burger and fries were really really good. Had their number 1 double. Man was it good.
