The chicken is cool but the stop giving butter with the biscuits. I mean who does that!!!!! I had to go to Walmart across the street and buy my own
Every time I go to Popeyes it’s always something they have left off your meal. I paid for a 12 piece family meal and that should have been what I got but I got 11 pieces of chicken and the only thing the manager could say is come back up there so I can get 1 piece of chicken. I told them no I paid for a 12 piece family meal and that should have been what I got before I left. I hate there service. They are to busy running there mouths and on there phones to get their customers service right.
Their home style mac n cheese is super delicious! Also recommend their spicy chicken sandwich
Matthew was very helpful and professional. We felt comfortable. Carlos the supervisor was also kind and helpful. Very pleasant place to dine in. We highly recommend.
i am a retired vet on my way to cincinnati. i asked a nice young lady behind the counter if it might be ok if i slept in my car in their parking lot, she said probably would not be a problem, the mgr said no way, cant have it. why is it black people say probably ok, but white mgr says no way. chicken was undercooked??✌️
Got 5 piece chicken tenders , ate one and chicken tasted bad did not eat the rest , something was off bout it , waisted money , not sure if it was under cooked or what , bout 30 minutes or so later I could tell that chicken was bad .
I went in and was greeted and they help a guy and then took my order. Very polite and Courteous. I will come back!!
The chicken was nice and crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside the beans and rice was delicious and the potatoes were also delicious. It was my first time there and I will definitely be back
My family usually buys chicken from here all the time. Sometimes it's busy but we understand and be patient. But today, the service was not that good. The employees were so rude. The service job needs to be patient to customers too ?
Just tried to place an order for delivery and the individual on the phone started getting belligerent and hostile. If this is kind of employees you have working for I will have no part of it.So much for first impressions. I will make sure people hear about your lack of customer service at the McCain store.
