I’m normally not the person to type a review, but last night was horrible. As I’m ordering my food the lady over the intercom has the worst attitude for reasons I know nothing of. She became really combative over the speaker so I asked to speak to a manager. When I get to the window to speak to him, the manger was incoherent with his eyes blood shot red with his pupils dilated. As I explained the situation to him, he just shrugged his shoulders an told me he doesn’t know the name of the person who took my order. He stated he was in the office all night. I asked for his name which was Tyler, and the GM’s name which was Mike. I’ll definitely be reaching out to someone cause this whole experience was just horrible.
They been false advertising the chicken sad with on the flashing sign for three months.Kinda rude in caring employees also. They got me once!! But anyway because I was hungry. I asked them to change the sign three months ago. I told him to change the sign again a month after that yesterday I went in and the flashing check and sign was 399 and it’s not it’s more. They disregarded what a customer is trying to help him I don’t know what happened to that store are used to be awesome here and Maumelle and I frequent they are often very often and they’re just rude and uncaring
Service was great even though they had no slaw. Food was good as well.
I walked all the way to Popeyes and then I noticed the door was locked at 10:45 even though the hours sign says open at 10. An older lady, probably the manager came up and unlocked the door and said "were closed but I can let you in I guess." I told her there was no sign saying lobby closed even though there should have been. She said they were short staffed but how long does a sign take to make? I then ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and large fries, young counter lady wasnt friendly at all and didnt take my money and walked away. I then said I'd like to change my order when she came back and then rolled her eyes and walked back away. I said it's fine if you've already made my order, even though no money was taken, I thought its be okay to change my order. She walked back and said, "you want this or not" and I just left. Not coming back.
The food is usually really good. Service is decent. They are always busy during peak hours.
Horrible experience at this popeyes location. The order taker couldn't multi-task with order taking and receiving payment. Was told very rudely to wait then when he was ready his response was popeyes. Got to window after that ordeal was g8ven 3 different prices for my order. I tried to go in and speak with shift manager sheena and the expediter came back around from window aggressively disrespectful condemning me that she's not to be played like that. Was told that i was a drive off. I eat at many popeyes and have never been treated so rudely. I have also been a RGM for taco bell have 10+ years exp in the quick service food market this is not how you talk or treat customers. I will not be eating or visiting this location again and i highly recommend others to not visit here again either. Seems to me they are more concerned with verbally attacking customers rather than expedition of food orders that were wrapped around the drive thru. I will be following up with the owner/RGM of this location tommorow.
Food here is usually pretty good, sometimes really good.Service is slow and unfriendly.We ordered in the app and selected drive thru. After waiting through the drive thru line we were very curtly told to come inside. No real explanation other than 'YOU GOTTA COME INSIDE".
Good service...only thing is that they need to wear masks consistently around the food. The drive thru person did not have a mask on.
So lazy!!! All they do is wait around and twiddle their thumbs…..I have never seen such terrible service at a fast food place!
1. I requested and paid for extra sauces that were not included.2. The 5 chicken strips had less meat than 5 chicken nuggets.3. A long black hair was twisted around the chicken so badly that I pulled the whole tender out of my mouth by the hair….4. Window worker was not friendly at all.By far the worst Popeyes that I’ve ever been to. It’s worth driving to Little Rock or even Conway to avoid this place. Better yet, go to Chick-fil-A.
