Ordered at 8:30pm didn't recieve my delivery until 1am! Food was cold. Called store several times and they finally offered a pathetic $5 credit. Only giving 2 stars because the food was edible..
Haven't been in years because the quality and customer service just sucked but yesterday was awesome. Pizza was very good and the young man who waited on me was out of this world friendly and super kind. He really made my day.
My pizza was made incorrectly due to availability of ingredients. Instead of informing of the issue, they made my pizzas incorrectly and ruined the night for me. I do not see myself ordering pizza from this establishment anytime in the near future
Picked the wrong nite to order pizza. Everyone in the place appeared and sounded like they were sick. They were coughing uncontrollably so I left. Some heavy cleaning and sanitizing is definitely on the menu.
She told me 15 minutes and it been 30 minutes need new management and did not take my name. No one didn’t answer the phone at all from 10 to 40 minutes while there. Who ever Laura is at the front need to be gone .
Pizza almost burn ain't even make it their to tell it was bad had to go to ture shop cause I had to keep repeating order over woman act like she couldn't remember after just told her and couldn't hear spent $77 on a tire and then came and go a stale almost burnt pizza
BIZZ ... ZIE! I walked in for a pickup early, I guess, so they expedited my order of wings (which I appreciate, they didn't have to do that) but they were all busy bouncing off the walls trying to get everything done. There were people both ahead of me and behind me, and handling them as fast as they could.And this was on a normal weekday -- I really don't think I could do that job if every day was anything like that.The wings were good, by the way.
Bad customer service. My order is never right and I order online with Curbside but never get curbside. I think they like Throwing away Pizza Hut money because that’s how I feel when I buy Pizza Hut on Can’t Robinson in North Little Rock just BAD BAD BAD
The customer service was horrible. I waited almost a hour an a half for curbside that I ended up going inside 5 times to check on my order. Finally got my pizza an it was totally WRONG... My advice choose a different place.
Ordered large specialty pizza on 1-17-22 & was told it would be ready in 30min. After 30min I arrived to pick up pizza but it wasn't ready. I then waited an additional 30min b4 it was ready. I then requested cheese & pepper but was told it would be a 1$ for each one. I told guy that condiments should be free especially since my pizza wasn't ready. Geez whats next , buy french fries & get charged additional for ketchup?!? I shall get my pizza fix elsewhere from now on. No apologies nor discount given for pizza not being ready & having to wait! Unreal SMH
