I ordered the pepperoni mania special it shows and says stuffed crust pepperoni pizza they sent me a stuffed crust cheese pizza then I called the store and they gonna tell me you have to put pepperoni on your pizza doesn't make any sense if I'm ordering a pepperoni pizza I gotta put pepperoni on it
The food was still hot when it arrived, and earlier than the estimated hour and ten minutes. But the garlic knots were just plain bread with the garlic sauce cup drizzled on it. And the wings i got had no sauce on them at all, just plain.
I work at precision tune literally 4 doors down from papa John’s and these people do not know how to double check and ask people. I ordered two pizzas and a papadia and a 2 ltr of mtn dew which I didn’t get. First off the lady at the front desk just basically had an idgaf attitude. Food was good overall but I would like to be reimbursed for my drink that I never got and also take my 10% tip back off my order
Pizza come late to the hotel a piece of pizza was missing and no drink was delivered. Didn't know it was here till I called hotel and asked if they had come . Watching the video of delivery no one in the hotel took the drink or piece of pizza. This is not right do not order from them
I used to love this place. Today, the experience my employee and I had with the manager Aaron was horrible. My employee order a double cut meat lovers for everyone to have lunch around 11:45am. My employee called around 1pm wondering where it was, and the manager Aaron was very rude and hung up on my employee. I called back and asked for the manager and told him I would like his name and corporates number. I also told him no matter what you should never be rude to a customer. He then proceeded to cuss and then hung up on me and also refused to give me his name and the number for corporate. The pizza finally showed up around 2:15pm, and it was ICE COLD and NOT double cut. There is no reason for a pizza to take that long when we are across the street from them. I will not be back to the location on JFK, until they make some changes.
It's been about an hour and twenty minutes since I ordered my pizza - the order was only supposed to take 35 minutes. Whenever I check on the status of my delivery, it consistently states that the order is out for delivery with an estimated time of 31 minutes. Whenever I try to call someone, the phone number disconnects. This location is a Kafka-esque nightmare.
Absolutely none of the workers preparing food have on masks. One man is seen scratching his head while proceeding to go to the back to make pizzas. The girl at the register is walking back and forth without a mask taking orders and making pizzas. Not washing her hands after taking orders. Honestly they all look homeless and unkept. But I cannot believe not one person is wearing a mask at all. Disgusting
Usually the food is good, but the drivers are some of the most incompetent delivery drivers I've ever had to deal with. It always takes over an hour and something will always be forgotten in your order (drinks, extra sauces, etc...).
Kept getting my order wrong.. By the time I left I had 2 wrong pizzas, but hey atleast they were free. ?
I ordered four pizzas for my school party at 10:42 in the morning. I called Papa Johns 10 times to check on when it would be ready and I did not get an answer any of those times. When I called to check on the status, the voice machine told me it would be 44 minutes. When I ordered they said it would take a bit but over 2 and a half hours with NO answer is ridiculous. I know it is busy, but I should at least have gotten an answer to at least one of my phone calls. VERY upset by the way this was handled.
