Just ordered from this restaurant for the 3rd time since we've moved here. Trying to understand why there is an option to cut the pizza the way you would like if they aren't going to do it. Called the shift manager and they acted like it was nothing. This is the 2nd time we have experienced this. When you spend $25 for a pizza you expect the pizza to be the way you order it.
you cant even order a pizza from them, you call and they laugh at you and hang up on you. i called them several times and they kept hanging up. i dont know if they are high or drinking or what. will never use again.
Ordered Pizza from Crystal Hill last night and everyone that at the stuffed crust cheese pizza has food poisoning. ?
This is the best pizza place and the only place I’ll order from. The young girl with the long brown hair who always brings me my order is always so helpful and sweet. It definitely makes me look forward to ordering pizza every week. Always great service from her and great pizzas!
The stuffed crust is so good. And my pizza is always ready to pick up when I order carryout.

Something about the papa John's pizza, the taste are changing and the size are quite more smaller the new extra large seems the normal large to me. Don't kill your good earned reputation by greed. This particular papa John, Rocks!! The staff are the ROCK STARS.
This papa johns sells pizzas they have barely warmed up. I had to cook the $19 pizza in my oven at home so that it was edible.
