Great food & our waitress was awesome! Will definitely be back!
First off, ROBIN HOOKED MY DRINK UP!!! Y'all need to have a talk with her and get that drink named after her!Second, fantastic service. I've been in Little Rock for two weeks eating all over the city and this is BY FAR the best service I've had (I left two places before I ordered due to bad service).Third, the chicken & shrimp pasta was fantastic!Fourth, did I mention Robin yet? Because if I didn't, she is fantastic!!All in all, a great way to spend my last night in town!
My family and I love coming to this restaurant when we get the itch to go out to eat and want a good, consistent, and family friendly environment to enjoy our meal. The food here is always top notch and the service is great! Last time we visited we had the pleasure of having Robin take care of us and were extremely impressed with her level of service and attentiveness! One of my favorite restaurants on the strip!
I have been a customer of outback for many years now and I always love how my family is treated when we are eating there. I would like to thank Robin for making us feel this way! She is always very professional and attentive to our family and other customers.
The manager DJ was extremely active and helpful in the restaurant. I haven’t been to outback in a while and I will definitely be back! Food quality was top notch and service was closer to a 5 star restaurant but more comfortable. Our mixologist was Robin, highly recommend.
This was the home to probably the worst Outback I've ever been to, a shame considering it's my favorite steakhouse chain. I ordered a prime rib and when it arrived it had a big chunk missing that had been cut off, the rarity of the steak was exposed on the outside cause they had cut through the meat. I showed my waitress and she saw the problem immediately (she didn't deliver it) apologized and ran it to the back. But then the manager came over to "inform" me (more like to intimidate me) and tell me that it was just a chunk of fat that was cut off for presentation. In my fine dining experience, steak fat gets trimmed BEFORE you cook it, and in the case of my prime rib, I would prefer it never be cut off at all because that's where all the flavor is. I explained that, and all I got was attitude and a petty, "yeah well I've been doing this a long time too." And with that she walked off. I had to ask my waitress twice for silverware after my second steak had arrived (looking no better than the first but I'm hungry at this point.) Then when the bills finally arrived, it looked a little high, and I grabbed a menu to find out I'd been overcharged, paying for a whole side of chili instead of just the upcharge for choosing a premium side. ? Never coming back to this location again. Mistakes I can forgive, the lack of accountability and attitude, I will not. I would recommend just taking the drive to Conway instead, their staff is wonderful!
We visited your location today and we received exceptional service. Adrianne was absolute pleasure and went above and beyond to meet our needs as customers! We spoke with manager Cherokee as well and he was just as awesome. Food was delicious too. It's not often you get good food and service at the same time but both of them were absolutely amazing. We will definitely be returning
Steak three cheese dip appetizer was delicious. Steaks ordered medium and came out a little more rare than we would have liked. Service was great and the drinks were on point
Great place!!! Amber is a great server and wonderful!!! The food was great and Mr. Cherokee came to check on us. He's a great manager!!
