I don't know what is going on at this location but the service is horrendous. The young girl that worked the 2nd window this morning literally slammed her window in my face while I was checking the bag (my order) and I heard her say something and opened the window again, mind you, she didn't even say good morning or thank you when she handed me the food and drinks. I told her that the order was missing my fries and she asked for my receipt. She tells me that it wasn't a combo. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location where they take my order wrong. They charged me separately for the drinks. Then they take my card and didnt give me a receipt for the 2 small fries I ordered.i know this is a very lucrous franchise and more sure they won't miss my money but I will never buy at this location again while they have such poor customer service people working there. Manners and peofessionalism have gone to hell these days.P.s. the big Mac they gave me was half way made. Reference in attached picture
This location has gone from fast food to “please pull up and we’ll bring it out to you” and sit there for 10-15 minutes and STILL never have everything in the bag. Breakfast staff is SLIGHTLY better. Dinner staff is horrible.Rather wait the 30 minutes it takes to go through the McCain location than this location. Obviously managers have failed.Pretty sure they ask if you can read during the interview process and if they answer “yes”, they don’t get hired. Probably the worst location I have ever been to.
The drive-thru worker sounded disgruntled and was basically mumbling with a pouty attidtude. Ice cream machine is always down. Chicken nuggets were so old they felt like cardboard, and fries were just as old and cold. So disappointed in the quality of food from this location, it's within walking distance but I'll never visit again.
Stopped going to this McDonald’s because drive through orders we’re always wrong. Tried them again today ( first time in over a year) After long wait at drive-thru. Only got three nuggets instead of 4. Threw away Apple slices because they were soft and discolored.
I ordered a mcdoboule with no onion extra pickle, the mc double I received was the exact opposite. It had extra onions. No ketchup. Only mustard and onions??♂️ Went back to the store, a manager named Cedric saw me walk in with my bag, caught me at the door and gave me the greatest customer service I have experienced with this company in a while, got my fresh, correct food and was on my way happy as can be!
I had the absolute worst experience at any McDonald's that I've ever been to in my entire life. After overcharging me for food I asked for a refund and was told they were unable to give me a refund because I had placed a mobile order. This isn't the first time they've told me this and I've called HQ and HQ says that it's completely untrue, they are able to refund mobile orders. After disputing this with the manager, Sedrick, for a moment, he abruptly told me he would no longer speak to me and walked off, closing the window. They had already taken my money and I received nothing but mistreatment from the beginning of the encounter and I most certainly did not get my food. I will never be returning to this McDonald's and I'd advise anyone else to steer clear of it as well.
I am not happy with this Macdonald’s and never will be. I specifically told the young woman to charge me on two separate cards, she didn’t and charged me on only one of the cards which resulted in me having a negative amount in my bank account. Luckily I had money in my savings but still she didn’t listen to instructions and did what she wanted. I asked her why she did it and all she said was “I didn’t understand and I just swiped the card” even though I gave her two and told her to get the amount on each card. I hope the supervisor or manger reads this and tells the young lady to fix her mistake.
Hash brown hard as a rock, not edible. They tried to finish my order several times , they were not listening to the words I was speaking. Customer service is lacking perhaps due to some arbitrary speed of order processing but I’ve been here a few times, doesn’t feel like anyone working takes ownership in the mornings. I will not be eating here ever again.
Hands down the worst McDonald’s ever. I don’t even know why we keep trying. They will sit there and not come on the drive thru until it’s closing time and then say “Oh we closed at (whatever time it is currently.)” We have mobile ordered tea and they said “Our drink machine is broken.” What? We just tried to go through the drive thru and apparently they are closed at 9:20 on Sundays. I just want some nuggets.
The Burritos were smaller than normal with less filling. The tortillas used were dry/cracked, which allowed the fillings to fall out easy. Room temperature. Food overall was a huge disappointment compared to previous visits. Both ladies at the windows were kind, courteous and an asset to the restaurant.
