Front counter person was very rude. Fries were cold. I could hear the manager yelling and talking to employees like they were her children. I ordered on the kiosk and it told me to take a number to the table of my choice and my order would be delivered to my table but I had to go back to get it. SMDH
Super quick today.... even though the drinks are almost twice the price they were last time I came still overall great.
This is the only McDonald's we go to,the food is always hot and fresh our order is also always correct and the staff are very respectful and kind to the customers.Keep up the good work y'all
Very nice at the drive through however I had to go back inside because they forgot my daughters food. When I went in to ask for it the woman working at the counter didn’t say anything to me, just walked away grabbed it, and handed it to me. Also I didn’t realize til I got home but they forgot my sauces. I know none of these things are the end of the world so it’s really not a big deal. However, I feel like they could do better.
This place has horrible manager that is very rude and has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever, the managers name is Angela and I hope she gets properly trained so as to not yell and curse at a paying customer, then refused to give me my money back after yelling and cursing at me. Wow, definitely need to fire her and if that's how she treats customers I would hope she getYes black listed from any service industry job until she learns how to treat people. What a shame that McDonald's would even hire such an angry person.Maybe so a background check first or something.
I went to this McDonalds twice last weekend. The first time (night), the employees were rude. I pulled up and instead of "hi, welcome to McDonalds, what can I get you?", I got "What do you want?". The employee did not repeat my order back to me or tell me my total, which is not a huge issue. They also gave me cold fries and no straw for my drink. Second time was Saturday morning, the employees were playing loud music and was extremely rude. The guy almost threw my food at me instead of handing it to me and said "HERE YOU GO" real loud, almost yelling. I also did not get my hash brown I paid for that was for my daughter.I will never return back to this establishment. Learn some customer service or find another job. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They need all new employees and probably new management as well. Horrible place.
I ordered a milkshake through the app but was informed they did not have any available upon pickup. The employee was able to remove the item from my mobile order and prices the remaining items without issue. No other location has offered to do that or said they had the ability when the same situation arises.
I got my order it consisted of a double quarter pounder, lg fry and drink but when I left drive thru I checked my sack and it had a regular quarter with cheese. Saw the manager at the door and she asked what's wrong and took care of it. The drive thru worker don't care how busy you are should look in sack and make sure order is right before handing out the bag.
I got the 4 for 4 and they ran out of ice... THEY RAN OUT OF ICE!! How do you sit there and let the machine go that long without refilling or rechecking?! So my drink was cold but not ICE cold like I expected. But it wad ight
The wait in the drive thru was ridiculous. Waited almost 15 mins for my order just to get it and realize I only had fries. ?
