Food was fine but so much for "fast" food. Took 10 minutes just to get my order from the drive thru. Wasn't a long line either. Only stayed to wait because I had placed a mobile order.

Picking up an Uber order at the drive through. They stated hold on. 10-15 mins I sat there saying hello every few minutes. Both lines were stacked. Finally, I just drive round to the window since the order should be ready. No one came to the window either. There we're employees in there, clearly not working on orders, taking orders, or prepping food. I had to cancel the customers order due to excessive wait time lack of store communication. Their little shenanigans or whatever was going on ended up costing people and companies money. Just process the orders and move people through.

Order presenter seem to not want to be there working. Bad and mean attitude, order taker gets a D for listening. Order was wrong. Seem like manager busy stocking and not managing to work flow and store.

Customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE! Guy working the drive thru had customers waiting there for almost 20 minutes before even taking their order....and didn't even bother to apologize for the wait! This location has NO concept of what good customer service is! They absolutely do not care!!

The food was very cold. Got home one of my fries and burgers was not in the bag. I did not feel like driving back to McDonslds. So I went back to McDonalds to get the pancake platter and guessed what they were out of pancakes. Now. I understand why my friends asked me why do you go to the ghetto McDonalds. I hate that word but I won't be going back. SMH...RIDICULOUS...for an restaurant to be so bad that people don't want to go there. Technically, I should have not give it not even an 1 star. I will not go to that McDonalds again.

This one of last three visits that I was left foodless and dissatisfied! Everytime I used their app for food deal this particular location couldn't or wouldn't honor it. Even beyond that, no service once inside telling customers you must use kiosk making cash customers wait well beyond ,20 minutes on this particular visit and no apology or food or discount for delay if my time. My time is just as valuable as theirs so don't waste your valuable time going to this location at all.

Incredibly slow drive thru, terrible service, never adds condiments or napkins/utensils, so please be sure to ask and check EVERYTHING in your order before pulling away from the window. In which case, it'll take another 5 minutes of your time waiting for someone to finally come back and they act disgusted that you didn't get something you asked for in the first place, like it's your fault or something. This is the McDonald's on Camp Robinson in NLR.

A little slow at the drive thru but very nice employees, hot food, and accurate order! The servers at the windows are always polite and call you ‘love.’ The 7 meal deal is super duper!! Two cheeseburger meal!!

Ordered pickup through BiteSquad. They said we needed a "code" first, and there was no code. Then they said they only give it to "delivery persons," which is not even true because we ordered pickup. BiteSquad could not reach them, so we had to get a credit and go somewhere else. They were incredibly rude and nasty to us, and there were other delivery drivers and pickup people there who were not being tended to. This McDonald's is hot garbage, and their nasty employees need an attitude adjustment and a pink slip. I know fast food work is hard on people, and I do not require "service with a smile," but you don't have to be a rude piece of garbage.

ERICA was awesome! Most employees are rude & never even look at you. She was great!
