My mobile orders are normally wrong and not ready after placing the order 30 minutes before I arrive. Not 1 star, because the staff is super friendly and never questions the order being wrong. They just accept the mistake and get right on correcting the order
The servers were more focused on the people in drive throu then the ones in the lobby
Maumelle location is the best. I will drive across town just to eat there!! Always hot and good made right!!
Went through the drive-thru ordered a Big Mac combo. Had to wait a while for my food. Then when I open my Big Mac there was no meat on the Big Mac. Just lettuce, special sauce, cheese, lettuce and the bun. The fries were cold and I won't go back
It's McDonalds. Fast with good fries. This time I actually got sauce for my nuggets, although one of them was busted open, and they only got two out of four sauces correct. I've learned over the years that if I actually get out of the drive through with the food I ordered, it's a win.

Drive through was backed up so I went in. Bad choice. Trainee was on register eating a biscuit. She was not being trained by anyone. Requested a special coffee and got the wrong item. She made it again and the 2nd order was still incorrect. Didn't seem to know anything about anything. Waited 10-15 for a simple beverage order. Until they get their staffing under control I won't be back.
It was so cold inside that customers was asking them to turn up the heat.it was extremely cold my food didn't stay warm at all. We were told that the thermostat was stuck.
