The food is 4.5 stars. The service was ok. We were there at 7pm on a Thursday. My first thought was...where are all the adults? The place was run by Generation Z's. The girl who took our order was face timing her friend behind the register after she took our order. Other than that they did a decent job but it would have been nice to see a manager running the show.

The two stars are for the one girl taking orders, Michelle I believe. The rest of the employees were literally grouped up with two fellas that don't even work here. One of the employees was what I assumed to be vaping. I honestly get that the new generation is a whole new breed but lawd.

My sister and I had McAlister’s for lunch. She ordered through Door Dash. I got the Chicken Caesar Salad and we split a bacon/cheddar baked potato. She got a salad as well. I don’t remember the name, some weird cheese was on it.The salads are huge and definitely should be for $12. My salad was pretty delicious and filling. The baked potato was dry, the butter it came with helped a lot. Also the cheddar cheese was super thick and hard. Thankfully it came with sour cream. It wasn’t bad though.

Love this place, but every time I get takeout here they put two maybe three pieces of broccoli in the container.

Thank you for being good at your job in a world of seemingly constant disappointments. The sweet tea is legendary, so it's just an understood that you'll have that. Get the Memphian sandwich, an extra side of au jus, a side of potato salad, splurge and get a bread bowl of that broccoli cheddar soup...and a pickle, got to have that Vlasic...if you do, you are guaranteed a good time.

Okay, I'll admit I'm so confused by this establishment. Upon entering at 1030am, you would be led to believe that this place has absolutely given up. At 1030am, they are just opening their doors for the start of the day, so why are the floors dirty and the bathrooms absolutely disgusting. When I say disgusting I mean I've been in gas station bathrooms cleaner than theirs. The only conclusion I can come to is that they put all their energy into food prep and awesomeness because the cashier is definitely a part of the living dead (Zero energy and hospitality). I want to recommend this place but they are making it really hard. If you are craving McAlister's Deli just order take-out and skip the dine-in experience. Don't say I didn't warn you.

This place has gone downhill in the last year. I continue to give them business thinking it will get better but it only get worse. Dine in-expect greasy floors, no organization and lack of training. Picking up to go order-check, double check and triple check your order. They will charge you but they won't include it. Extremely frustrating. Good location but I would avoid at all cost.

I should stop paying people to make sandwiches for me. At the bare minimum, it's not difficult to properly distribute sandwich ingredients equally in a club. Quarters of the sandwich were half bread.

Feeling disappointed. I ordered the Savannah salad with no tomatoes/cheese. That’s the only part that is right about the order. Knew the salad was tasting weird, halfway through I realized why. If I could give no stars, I would. Tasteless chicken and not fully cooked through. Doordashed this from the North Little Rock location, do not recommend.

The loaded baked potatoes are amazing. Especially when you pair it up with a sweet tea. And honestly every I've had here is pretty amazing
