Literally my pizza looked like papier-mâché and was dry like papier-mâché. My Italian cheese bread was baked to a crisp. Cheese suppose to be gooey, but instead the bread was like velcro.
Came in and nobody was at counter. Waited about five minutes before a guy came out of the office and apparently clocked in. No greeting whatsoever and he seemed annoyed that were there.
What’s the purpose of ordering online when you still have to wait in line, and wait, with those who are making fresh orders? This process is ridiculous!
I order pizza from local businesses every week. I decided to order from little ceasars off JFK. My order was incorrect. I ordered a pizza, bread sticks and a diet Pepsi deal for $9.99. I only got a pizza. After calling the store, they blamed it on the door dash driver. The door dash driver Latoya said they only had a pizza in the pick up box. No bread sticks or the diet coke. The manager said she had to call someone to get it replaced, then made a rude comment before she put me on hold. I requested a refund and have not gotten a response.
Every Time I Come To This Location, The Service Is AWESOME ?The Young Man Working The Window Is ALWAYS Genuinely Nice ☺️If He Hasn't Had A Raise, He TRULY Deserves It ?
Last 2 times I've ordered here the foods been awful. Needs to be checked out by owners.
yuck. just bought 2 of the extramostbestest pizzas. cold. dried out and not edible. threw them out. not even worth the effort to take back. must have been made at least 2 hours before they were sold to me. last chance for this little ceasers. did I already say yuck?
Every time I come to this location everyone is really nice. The woman with short blonde hair is always great. I wanted to add her name to this review but my daughter threw away the receipt in excitement over the pizza. Embarrassing. This last visit I ordered a pepperoni hot and ready plus wings. The original and buffalo are my favorite. They taste even better the next day after getting them crispy in the air fryer. The pizza was fresh out the oven.
Absolute opposite of hot and ready. Ordered 1 sausage pizza with only one car ahead of me in the drive through and it’s been over 30 minutes and I’m still waiting in my car. Guy who took the order apologized after 20 minutes of waiting and said the manager is lazy and said “she will get to your pizza when she can” 10/10 will never come to this location again. Got ice cream before we came here and is now completely melted and we still don’t have pizza. Management needs a complete overhaul.
Fast and friendly service and they cooked the pizza hot and fresh for me!
