I was in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes they asked me four times what I ordered when I paid for it before I paid for it after I paid for it and still was in waiting for my pizza for 45 minutes ask for a thin crust classic cut light sauce I got it cut into squares and had so much sauce on it I almost threw up
There workers rude asff and you gotta wait damn near 15-20 min for 2 hot n ready pizzas which ain’t even hot??
I could not place an order online. The app said online ordering was unavailable. So I called in advance. I was told by the person that they're in the line that it would take 15 minutes. It took 35. Well at the drive-thru window it took 10 minutes just to get my change back. It seems as if their were a lot of distractions going on in the store however. I appear to be the only person there.
I just purchased buffalo wings , they literally put a few drops of buffalo salsa , I went inside and they told me they have a specific amount of how much they have put in them .. the manager so rude .
The food was great. I ordered supreme pizza and crazy bread. It had a coupon offer from T-Mobile Tuesday. I wasn't sure that I was processing it right so I went through drive-thru to ask how to do it. The guy was very helpful and told me what I needed to do when I came back through. He didn't get upset that I wasn't ready to place order. The coupon went through with no problems.
Good place to go get pizza sometimes they are really busy
Who answers the phone at a business "Hey, hold on" then puts the phone down and chats it up with their coworkers. I was left on hold long enough to make it from my job on MacArthur to the one on Camp Robinson that had me on hold. Called corporate but they were already closed for the day.
Food usually taste good and if ordered online it comes out right one time! Now with that being said ALWAYS have issues here either they give me regular crazy bread when I order stuffed crazy bread (which has been the past 3 times) or today I kept having to tell the lady what I ordered because she apparently couldn't read. And they were out of most of their drinks today ended up just getting a drink I don't like at all. Customer service definitely needs work.
I went tonight around 6:40 got a classic pepperoni and the meal 1 with it the pepperoni when i got home was burnt I didn't even eat it.shpukd have checked it .but I was in the drive thru and I didnt.
I waited outside for over an hour for our food and ended up getting the wrong pizzas and the employees were rude and unpleasant.
