We are constant customers of the Cabot restaurant. I am only sharing this because it continues to happen. All of the toppings in the center of the pizza. There is nothing but pepperoni on the outer edges. How can ANYONE look at this and think it's okay or that they did a good job making this? It's unacceptable. We will be going somewhere else from now on. We've given this store many chances.

Called in my order, when I went to pick it up it was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager. James came to the window, called me a liar and I was charged extra. So rude!!!
I called in my order at 5:32pm got to the Bryant location at 6:20pm. Order number 96 957. And my order was not ready and when I did get it , it was all messed up. I order a thin crust cheese light sauce, supreme light sauce and two crazy combos. I ask to double check to make sure both was light sauce and the young lady at the front counter said yes. When I got to my vehicle and checked the pizza. I notice the thin crust wasn't light sauce, the supreme was. So as I walked back into the store they omitted they handed me the wrong then crust.
Anytime I’ve ever had a problem they never care to fix it! Very poor customer service and not very knowledgeable in customer care.
FYI — this is their office; they do NOT make pizza here. If you end up here looking for pizza and disappointed, go to their Kiehl Ave. location.
