Painful experience. They took a lifetime to process the order with no reason why. I ordered the extra crispy version and I got a sad soggy version.I strongly recommend NOT to use this KFC at all! I guess they will cry a shortage of staff for not doing their job.
Feel like KFC is actually under rated compared to other similar places. Really good chicken sandwiches.Here is my current chicken sandwich top 5 and it makes the list.1. Burger King, this might seem weird but the spicy sauce they use plus how big the sandwich is, is so good2. Wendy's. Had my first chicken sandwich from wendy's today. The big bacon chicken sandwich is just amazing.3. KFC4. Popeyes. Yep I actual like KFC sandwich more in my current stance.5. Mcdonald's because I couldn't think of another chicken sandwich at the moment and it's "okay"(Note, chic fil a doesn't come anywhere near these in my opinion. Flat sad dry chicken sandwich.)
Well, I've asked myself how many folks would be fans of KFC if the all you can eat buffets were back, and that is if there doesn't come a day when KFC will no longer exist.
Everytime go to KFC try to give benefit of doubt but order is always messed up well today ordered three piece original with two sides and got only one side and made it home to find no two sides so called and been calling for one hour and noone answered sucks!
The food was delicious!…meaning the partial order of food that I Received was. I did takeout on this rainy Sunday and didn’t mind the steeper cost because with the standard KFC menu not much could go wrong and I knew it was going to taste great! …but @ $40 and some change for a dinner for two, I had to leave this review even if just to bring awareness and constructively criticize. My food took a bit to prepare so I was asked to pull off to the side. We ordered the 12 piece chicken bucket with mashed potatoes with gravy on the side and Mac N cheese. We didn’t specify a third bc I wasn’t sure if the biscuits counted as the third. It didn’t take long for the worker to bring our food out and I began to open the bag and check the accuracy. Before I could verify, the worker interrupted and explained that because one of their appliances was broken that instead of biscuits (umm, my favorite part!) he put 6 cookies in the bag instead. It was a bit of a disappointment but we were hungry and ready to go back home. Inside was the chicken and a side of corn and only the Mac N cheese we ordered. No biscuits NOR mashed potatoes or the gravy. It isn’t the end of the world (yet;) but the expense to travel back to retrieve mashed potatoes was just too much. Hopefully I can return and get my food compensated with my receipt in the future!
The food is always delicious. However, there is no longer a buffet at this location, which is understandable after the past couple of years. Decent customer service and cleanliness.
Wasn't able to go in the restaurant. Service was good and the Lady employee that was working today was very curious and friendly in a very professional way .
The shift lead went out of her way to show me just spend $26.09 for an 8PC 2 sides. No napkins, no spoons. ,& I asked for a cup of ice & she tred2 convince me it s the same price of a small drink, counters dirty. The floor is dirty & the attitude far as customer service is horrible, From now on momz & popz spots. KFC is high way robbery 8 PC 2 sides 4 biscuits... $26.00... smh..
KFC has always been a family favorite while road tripping. It's a decent meal at an affordable price. So of course after driving all day in a packed car with my family, who were ready for something substantial after a day car with snacks and gas station pizza.We arrived in Little Rock at 7:30 pm, checked into our hotel, and placed my order on the KFC app at 8:03 pm.Ordering and delivery process with smooth and pretty quick. The was delivered to our hotel in less than an hour.However, the problem came when we received the order. The Door Dash driver was rude and improbable. Our order was not handled with care. The bag looked a bit beat up.The food was terrible, I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy bone in chicken bucket meal, family-sized season fries, mac and cheese, and 4 biscuits.We only 7 pieces of chicken with soft and mushy crust. The crust was literally falling off the chicken. It didn't taste fresh out of the fryer. I have had grocery store chicken that tasted better than this did.The fries were overcooked and dried out. The Mac and cheese was not terrible just so so. In addition to the disappointing food, my order was also missing condiments ( 2 BBQ, 2 Honey mustard, 6 ketchup, and 4 hot sauce), plates, utensils, and napkins that I requested.This irritated me because I specifically requested it in 2 different places on the order form, First place was in the actual line item on the KFC order and the second place was in instructions to the Door Dash driver asking to please check if these items were included in the order. Fortunately, the front desk at our hotel had paper plates and plastic spoons.I can overlook the missing condiments, plates, and utensils, however, I cannot overlook the quality of the chicken. Not only was it a dissatisfying meal it was not worth $29.95.I do not recommend this KFC location nor do I plan on returning.
Worst customer service and food quality. Asked for a famous bowl, was asked to pull up and they would be right out.....25 minutes later I am calling the store bc the door is locked and they won't answer the phone....finally someone came out to deliver someone elses food...told her I wanted mine too and she was like oh yeah....umm....ok? 10 minutes later get my food and it isn't right and tastes gross....no way of contacting a manager to complain bc no one answers the phone and no answering machine....do not waste your time or money at this horrible location
