We drove in from Texas to visit some one at the hospital my wife has never tried Jason's Deli and I told her the food was awesome well we had a bad experience the cashier was not friendly or helpful she needs to work on her people skills my wife asked about the fruit sides and the lady was very rude we finally ordered our sandwiches and then she tells us we are out of crossaints so we understand that my wife asked well what kind of bread do you have she proceeded to be very rude so we finally ordered to go we get back to our hotel room and the order was wrong so we had to drive all the way back up there there were no customers in the deli we told them and they just looked at us like we were crazy and she was still rude I don't recommend going there until the owner teaches them people skills and our sandwiches were not good at all I don't like subway but it probably would have been better very bad experience

Well I used to work for Jason's Deli in Richmond VA and Sandy Springs GA and was in love with the Plain Jane Potatoes. They used to come with oodles of butter, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, bacon and scallions. Number one I was overjoyed to see a Jason's Deli after mmmm 15 years and guess what... Not one speck of butter or sour cream and very little cheese. Granted it has been years maybe it's the Healthy Jane now (snicker) and they literally just unlocked the door with a skeleton crew but I was disappointed. My sis got me some butter and sour cream and it turned out great as always! And they tried to hire me! That gave us a chuckle! Everyone was super nice though!

Walked in and the employees were chatting behind the counter. Took them a minute to decide to take our order. Look around and there were two other people in the restaurant and there were 12 unbussed tables. Cup kids strewn everyone, floor was a mess by the salad bar and many items in the salad bar were not filled. It was 5:00 pm. If I were the manager I would be very upset!

We order lunch through my employer, we have a lunch order form where everyone writes their lunch down and it's faxed over to Jason's. I'm not sure why it's so hard to make a "turkey wrap with cheddar cheese & no ranch + side of jalapeno ranch". My order is wrong EVERY TIME I order (and I'm not exaggerating when I say EVERY TIME). I once ordered a Nutty mixed salad and when I received the order, it had NO NUTS. How do you not include the ingredient listed in the name of the salad? I've ordered a salad with boiled eggs, I started eating the salad and found egg shells. I checked the eggs and there were shells all over the eggs. This happened at least twice that I can remember. Why is it so hard to prepare food how it is ordered? I keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt and order again because I've worked in the restaurant business, so I understand mistakes happen. But my order is never right and it's frustrating. I will not order from this Jason's location again.

Food was fresh and tasty, service a bit less than desired. Had to remind my server that anything served in a bowl might just need a spoon. It took two more attempts before finally going to get a spoon myself.

My kids enjoyed the kids menu. I loved the price. I had the Manager's special with half wrap and cup of tortilla soup ?. It was all good.

Wonderful place to go for lunch, brunch, or dinner. The menu selection is great or you can enjoy the Salad Bar. Very clean, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The Cranberry Almond cookies is delicious with a little of the free ice cream.

Always love this place. There is such a variety, the ginger muffins on salad bar have always been my favorite.

Well when I was working there back in 2014, its a lot of stuff they didnt play about one of em is NO PHONES! I see now. Yall need to check yall night shift. They already didnt have my order done on time which meant I had to wait but my stuff wasn't even how I ASKED ON MY ONLINE ORDER. Tf is so hard to follow simple directions. I love this restaurant dont get me wrong, but I dont play when it comes to my food so im really upset. I literally had to warm my food up in the microwave. I asked for it to be panini pressed, def is not that at all. In fact, my sandwich was COLD. They forgot my side of honey mustard which is minor but again PAY ATTENTION. Im really upset and NEVER THOUGHT I HAD TO LEAVE SUCH A REVIEW. ONLY REASON IM DOING 3 STARS IS BECAUSE THE MORNING SHIFT IS ALWAYS ON POINT. Thats it thats my rant

If I could rate zero stars I would! This location has really gone down hill! Some white girl hung the phone up in my face while trying to place an order. And I watched her from the Curbside Parking Spot! She said her name was Kayla. Management needs to change effective immediately. Never have I been treated this way by the other staff all my years spending with this location. And bring back the French Onion Soup!
