Ordered a online pickup order, went there and waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, when no one answered I walked in and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for my meal, I had 3 different people ask me what my name and order was and no one brought back my food. When I finally did get my food they forgot a item so I had to wait a little bit longer for that item as well. When I got home the pancakes we ordered where terrible, and tasted like they had been sitting for over a hour. would have been better off going to McDonald’s.
Horrible! The smell of wet dogs should have been the first sign!! Party of 3...went @ 6am when first open so one would think everything would be fresh & clean. WRONG! First of all, one server. And one manager who is going to bark orders @ the poor girl vs helping her!! Second, food was mediocre. Two tubs of dishes left over apparently from night before. Disgusting!!! AND then once we got our food, we saw roaches crawling on the booth across from us!! Almost threw up right there! I'm not naive; I know things happen behind the scenes but this is happening in an area where there's not much food prep going on... imagine what's happening in the kitchen!!
All you eat pancakes made it worth the 15-20 minute wait to be seated. But after another 10 minutes I did stop a manager to make sure there was a server assigned to the seat I was in. A server did come and apologize. I told them I understand (being busy, understaffed, etc...), no big deal. She was friendly and everything went great after that. Tip your servers folks, they are overworked right now!!
This visit to this IHOP was a disaster. On arrival we (party of 3) stood for 9 minutes without being acknowledged. There was 2 waitstaff back toward the kitchen along with a busboy. We tried to get their attention wilt no results. A couple seated in a booth told us they had been seated for 20 and still had no water or ordering of food. At that point we left and the couple in the booth followed a few minutes later. This is not the first time at this location that service was bad.
Terrible! I should have know when there was only 2 cars in the parking lot on a Saturday night, but we gave it a chance anyway. BIG MISTAKE! My kids ordered chicken strips. They came out so over cooked that they couldn't even chew them and the fries were nearly burned. My pancake had some greenish black crusty stuff on the bottom of them. My bacon was RAW! And my eggs tasted like soap. Not to mention my coffee smelled like dirty dish water. We left nauseated and completely disappointed! $41.33 and no barf bag included! Needless to say we will not make that mistake again.
This is supposed to be my chicken fajita omelette and it’s only chicken and cheese not onions no green pepper and they won’t answer the phone . On top of this sat in there a hour just to get this food.. very disappointed they need a cook that knows what they doing
Very disappointed in the service and food. Cost $60 to feed two adults and 2 kids who are 5 years old. Wouldn’t have been so bad had we gotten all of our order, napkins to even wipe our hands, and maybe a refill of our $3 drinks (tiny cups)! Now we went through all of that after waiting about an hour to be seated and get our food. And while there another woman come in with a To-Go order she had placed over an hour before and they acted like she was inconveniencing them because she was aggravated and having to place yet another order! Honestly, corporate needs to shut them down and find people who want a job and treat customers with respect!!
Amazing! We just left from breakfast. We had a waitress named Myechia (sp). I am telling you, she has been the best waitress ever! Sweet, polite, kind, happy, knowledgeable, happy. She had a smile that just made her whole personality shown. The food was great but the service was the best!
I've never had a bad meal at this IHOP. The food, service, and overall atmosphere is ALWAYS FANTASTIC!!!! There are quite a few places for breakfast type foods in the area but this is our go to place. It's always clean. Always quick! Can't wait to visit soon!
Waited 15 minutes after being seated, only to be informed that our server was too busy to bring our drinks so another server would bring them. After another five minutes we got up and left. Worst IHOP ever. Manager was not managing.
