Let one location for another and got the same terrible treatment! Why do y'all hire people who do not know how to treat people and they also don't know how to use their words! Why are there signs on your location stating breakfast til noon but you tell us NO! That's it, we asked for breakfast and they aggressively stated NO!!! Just like the other location we'll never come here again! Hardee's was the only fastfood breakfast they we eat but we'll never come here again! The owners of these establishments obviously don't care!
The burgers are good and the jalapeno poppers and we're delicious. Staff was nice. Will be returning.
I’ll start with the food was good. With that out of the way, management went out of the way to type up a lie stating that it was not a public restroom and to ask the cashier for the code. Well after having to uses it really bad. I walked back down the hallway to ask the cashier and the manager stated that a purchase had to be made first and I would have a code on the receipt to use to enter the restroom (now it seemed to be up to date so I just assumed this was 2022 status with a code to enter) still having to use the restroom I waited behind the guy placing an order with my legs crossed(yeah I’m 39 I have to sometimes) which originally seemed to be 2 people in line but the other wasn’t actually (I was happy about that) so I order and leave my cup on the counter and am on the way BACK down the hallway. Well the guy (cashier) is walking at the same speed behind me wanting to unlock the door for me. YEAH THERE WAS NO CODE!!! like seriously. Help me understand the lie.. please! Then my French fries were half filled and when I asked for it to be filled to normal, with the fries in one hand and my bag I’m the other. I had her the fries. She grabs the bag and looks in it. (I assume to see if there were fries in the bag loose) then proceeds to fill the fries. Yeahhhh
I asked for a ham and cheese. The lady sold me the large one but gave me the small one. Everything is a ripoff. And she didn't give me a receipt. Bill was $6.29 I gave her $7 and she gave back $.31. and the bathroom was full of flies!!! Don't go there!!
I think I am addicted to the double meat mushroom Swiss! (Special order) The jalapeno poppers were excellent, more times than not the curly fries are hot and fresh, good service and pretty fast for the freshness you get. I would also like to give a shout out for the Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich! Always great!
I had just left from the area doing makeup and I was so hungry, I stopped there because I hadn't had it in a while. I ordered a sourdough burger combo #8, and when I tell you it was trash! My bread looked like regular light bread, it had been toasted but it wasn't anything sourdough. And not to mention I spent $11 and some change. They will not get my business ever again
Good sandwiches for a reasonable price. If you want to eat inside, check dine-in hours before going. Drive-through service was fast and easy around 9 PM.
I USED TO LOVE THERE BREAKFAST BISCUITS. THE LAST FEW TIMES I went there it wasn't good. Yhe rush through everything and orders aren't right.
This business closes before close time alot. The franchise owner needs to be aware. Online hours state 11. Came at 940 the other night. Closed as well.
I was there at 7am. The manager was arrogant and offensive. She should be fired. She made a big deal out of me reaching for a plastc bag that was on the counter. She talks loud and has poor customer service skills.
