I was at drive through an sat there for approximately eight minutes and no one say anything. I repeatedly said hello hello and no one answered.So within two minutes I drove around to the window and noticed young girl walking around inside the restaurant by the cooking area. I blow my horn several times and she Ignored me and continue to walk toward the back. Very poor customer service! I don’t know what was going on ! I also noticed two young ladies walk to their car that was wearing Freddy’s Uniform walk out the build got into the car and you can smell they was smoking weed. Watching as the line in drive through get longer. All this happened 5/11/2022 @ 2:10pm! every time I go to this restaurant they don’t greet you at the window and they have nasty attitudes. horrible customer service horrible!
Loud foul language both times we visitedThe lady with the blue hair is loud for no reason plus she’s rude!!! All she did was talk badly to the crew and applies ALOT of grease on her lips.And didn’t attempt to help her crew!!!!! Scolding them like kids!!!!!!! She needs more training or to be handled like she handles the teamour other visit wasn’t so pleasant either! The VERY dark lady was cursing loud talking to her crew in front of the customers. while constantly going out the back door, with another crew member when the store still had to be taken care of!!!!! Where do y’all find these people? Do you even look @ their application or qualifications??? This is turning into a night club. And why does everyone look like their on something?? Fix this please or Freddy’s in Cabot here me, my family, money, and my time come!!!!!!! North Little Rock area IS NOT IT!!!!!! Bathrooms dirty a lot of dirty tables, drink spills that doesn’t get cleaned up and it’s sticky everywhere, and the floor is NEVER swept. I mean who wants to sit in trash eating their food?!?!!!!!!!!!!???!?!?!?!!!!??????!
We devoured the custards. The hamburger is just right for me and is tasty. The fry sauce is a great addition.
So went in and the guy that was making the food said good afternoon. There was a lady cleaning the table and a guy at the window and a lady taking a order in Drive through no one else said anything. I asked a question she ignored me and I guess was talking a order for drive thru. What was the lady that was doing tables not stop to help me? That was a terrible customer service. The only ones that deserve their job is the cook that greeted me when I can in. Thank you sir. I just walked out. I don’t want to inconvenience them!! They were not busy at all…
An incredible steakburger made to order.Service is top notch and the location is worthy with so many places around.Don't be afraid if cruising down the highway.
This is the best Freddy's I have ever visited. Very clean facility and professional staff. The manage Mr. Williams is one that all managers should be like. Thank you for the experience!

The Freddy’s on E McCain blvd in Little Rock Arkansas is -terrible- for its service. The soda machine leaks all over your hands when you’re getting a drink, which caused my drink to slip and fall from my hand onto the table then dripped down to the floor. I cleaned the table myself and it took an additional 5 minutes at least before someone came with a mop. I apologized and told them about the half broken machine to which their response was ‘yeah’…wow. So much for customer service. I’ve had great experience in their Russellville location but these people won’t even look you in the eye or say thank you, have a good day, go to hell, nothing. Just …smh
I dont know how I feel about this place. Food is always good. Ice cream seems to be hit and miss sometimes its frozen and sometimes its melted. Customer service is all over the place. Last time I was there I felt so bad for the cashier she was new and the other employees were giving her a hard time for not understanding her job. Very rude I thought. You could tell the nice lady was struggling no need to pile on.
