The guys working at 8pm when I come in were awesome they had great ?? recommendations and were on there game with customer service
Had a horrible experience at this location. The staff did not acknowledge me when I entered and proceeded to ignore me when I tried to pick up my order. The whole time they were giving me condescending looks. I'm mexican and the whole staff was black. Needless to say for some odd reason they decided to be racist against me.
This location was very clean very nice good food good people really enjoyed my visit
Probably the nicest staff I've encountered in a fast-casual restaurant in a while. Ordered through Google and picked up. Very easy! Thank you to the team that just served us!
I would give this place 6 stars if I could! I been to other establishments but never have I experienced a such pleasant eating experience. Mr. Arandus Jones was the manager that served us and was very helpful an outstanding manager. I highly recommend this place to eat!
Good burger. Good fries. Don't eat here alot due to pricing. Last visit I asked for mustard and got mushrooms. I eat here again, but will verify my order next time.
Based off the 5+ times I have visited this establishment my order hasn't been wrong, I've never been serviced in a rude way, the establishment has been fairly clean.(I say "fairly" because the seating, drink, and condiments area can always use a wipe down. This is probably due to the lack of workers because I do remember having a conversation with the manager about how the shortage affected their establishment).My food is always fresh and it doesn't look sloppy. The customer service via phone call is great. It is perkier than in person if you ask me.The only reason I don't feel obligated to give a 5 star is because I have never been "wowed" in my experience there. No one has done anything wrong. It's simply I haven't had that "above and beyond experience" to say, "Here's five stars."Regardless, I commend and recommend them for their services.
I have been wanting to try 5 Guys for a long time. When we had a reason to go to Little Rock and asked where we are going to eat I said 5 Guys. I am glad I did because this was outstanding. The food, the service, clean dining room, everything. A little expensive for a burger? But you get so much more than any other burger place offers. You don't leave hungry.
We have eaten at various 5 Guys and (this time) the NLR location had the quickest burgers of any sit-down. So many fries, we had to bring the extras home.
Friendly, fast service and great burgers. Not exactly something I’d indulge in frequently but a good treat once every blue moon.
