Kind of slow service. They were also out of some veggies.
Ordered EXTRA pickles for 4 sandwiches. Received 0 pickles total, but paid for them. (sarcastic yay...) Seriously though, who is paying attention to the details in this place? Clearly no one in the shop. The food is good. The staff needs guidance and management. I hate that the customer service is so awful when this is prob the best sandwich shop in this area. I'm hoping my words are received by the owners and they realize what a problem they truly have. Reading other reviews, I know I am not the only person voicing my concerns here. YOU COULD HAVE A BETTER BUSINESS! Just saying...

Good food, pretty clean, and staff is almost always friendly and helpful.
Food is absolutely delicious. Employees are super nice.If you ever order double meat make sure they actually do it.I order from here once or twice a week and about half of the subs I've ordered with double meat weren't actually made with double meat.
I've seen at Firehouse Sub on Maumelle Blvd now several times. I order the Jamaican Jerk Turkey! It is Awesome.
