We stopped by this location on interstate travels today. Being that this is one of our favorite places back home in Houston, we decided to stop by on our way home to Houston from Missouri. Although the flavor remains, the service was beyond slow. If I may suggest, management could do a better job by perhaps training it's employees to first be aware of sanitation regulations, such as wearing hair nets if you have long hair, no airpods unless you're on break and definitely how to properly follow through with orders with both, dine-in and take out. One sandwich shouldn't have taken almost 25 minutes with only 3-4 people waiting ahead and a few carry out orders(not to mention, order was done wrong which added more time to it). A line with 6 employees should be able to have orders ready in half that time(as a chef myself, I would know that). Place could definitely do better if an when faster, cleaner, more accurate service is provided.
It’s 6:00 on a Wednesday. The sign on the door says open until 9:00. All the lights are on but the door is locked and not an employee to be seen.No sign, no explanation just a business that appears to be open during their normal business hours that is not.
This restaurant has the best service I have ever received at a fast food store. Warmly greeted and sincere goodbye. Excellent food. Place was spotless.
Very good sandwiches. Giving 4 stars only because staff is crazy slow and seems unmotivated. The "firehouse team spirit" where they greet you with the big WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE wasn't there.
First of all, we love Firehouse. It’s one of our favorites. But this particular location is horribly managed. Last night we tried to call in an order and not only did they hang up on us but then they proceeded to take the phone off the hook. We decided to drive to there to order to-go. When we get there the open sign is off (it’s 8:10 at this point and they close at 9). After I order, all the employees could talk about, loudly, was how fast they’re going to try to close early. MGMT needs to get ahold of this location before it’s too late.
The staff isn't very welcoming. A bunch of customers were waiting on their orders and the staff wouldnt acknowledge who's order was ready. They would just put it in the pickup rack and move on. I had to keep getting up to check if it was my order. Honestly I really should have went to Jimmy John's. They never cheat you out of ingredients My sandwich was mostly bread. It was definitely a sad looking sandwich Well won't be coming back. They use to be alot better then this.

I have never had Firehouse subs, but I got a gift card for Christmas and decided to try it out. It was 7:30pm and I was the only person there. I walked in and was blatantly ignored by the staff. They would not look at me, would not talk to me, not even their body language showed any acknowledgment of my existence. I asked the girl standing behind the register if they were closed and she ignored me. I tried saying hello to the employee stocking the chips and was ignored. I ended up just walking out. It was an extremely awkward and unwelcoming experience and I will not be coming back. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
I was the only customer in the store, no one spoke when I entered, they all kept cleaning the tables & behind the counter, waited a few minutes. Then some finally came to the register (still didn't speak) & said what can I get you. Rude, poor customer service & I won't be going to this location again
It is 18:26 there is nobody in this place. There are three employees behind the counter. The one and only female that was taking orders was more worried about eating ice out of her cup than taking my order. None of the other staff spoke it was like I was an inconvenience of there time to be there.
