We both got the Try it all combo! We have not tried their shrimps and chicken tenders. It did not disappoint! We already love their fried catfish and their tartar sauce. The fried shrimp was delectable and they had cocktail sauce that you could dip them into. Their chicken tenders were crispy and juicy and it came with a honey mustard dipping sauce. I like their coleslaw, it's not to sweet. I also like their Cajun rice. Their French fries is always crispy. Everything is seasoned and cooked very well.

I had such a wonderful experience here today. It was my very first time. My wife and I visited for the very first time and all we could say was wow. The cashier Andrew greeted us with a heartwarming smile and was very patient with us. Kim (the food runner) was also very sweet. The food was very tremendous and we will definitely be back. This is a restaurant I would recommend. Best Catfish in town!!!

I ate here last week and went in with an open mind. I ordered the Try It All Combo. The catfish was really good and the shrimp wasn't bad, either. But, the chicken fingers were not cooked completely. As a matter of fact, the crust fell off in the basket before I could eat it. But, my real disappointment was the size or portion of the side items. I've never visited a restaurant anywhere (and I eat out a lot) with sides that small. Heck, I paid over $20 dollars for the meal. I don't understand the rationale behind the extra small sides. I probably won't return there.

About the last place you can get good catfish in NLR. Always hot and good here. No complaints other than you have to pay extra for fried okra and it is a tiny portion that is not worth the cost of it

Came in on a Friday night 30 minutes before closing to celebrate Mother’s Day with wife, grandma, and MIL, and were told that they only did takeout after 8:30. Called and spoke with manager Heather, and she gave us our entire next meal free. So nice to see rare customer service that goes the extra mile instead of just a token apology. Amazing food, we will def be back!!

Really happy with this place. I had the fried shrimp and they were perfectly done with a nice light crispy breading. But the real surprising gem were the fried hand pies. I tried the coconut and I was absolutely not disappointed. Would go back just for the hand pies

I gave this location a chance today dispite the bad reviews. Let’s just say … I should’ve listened! The food was very greasy and soggy, not a crunchy fried thing on my plate . $50 down the drain.

Coming from Alabama, we definitely do and know seafood. I also served at one of the best seafood restaurants in Birmingham for years (Fish Market on hwy 31) so I say all of this with love and experience. The food was ok. If you're hungry it'll get the job done. I ordered the catfish and chicken combo. Fries were soaked in grease, chicken was on the dry side and fish was a little slimy under the breading. The two stars go to the young employees who walked the floor checking on tables. Although there is no assigned servers to tables, they were still attentive and nice. I felt bad for them. A guy named Andrew was hollering at everyone from the kitchen, talking to the cashier and food runners very disrespectful. Physically watching him roll his eyes then huff and puff when having to assist the NEW cashier made me nauseous. I had to ask his name because he deserves mention in this review. Attitude disgusting and overall unprofessional. He complained several times aloud of having no break. It's not something the guests need to hear. Overall love the name of the place, employees are nice but the soda was better than the food.

The food was amazing. It was best catfish I had ever had. All the employees were so sweet and made sure me and my family were good. My server Zakayah was so kind and checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was good, but overall it was great and I will be coming back soon !

I always love eating here. The food is always good. Today I came in and ordered one of the seafood boils and a young man behind the counter said must be tax time in a snotty voice. Now I wasn’t really offended considering I was using my paycheck to treat my family to a special meal, but those kinds of remarks could offend others if said to them…I will still be coming back but maybe some of the staff need to learn a little bit more tact about that kind of thing…
