Absolutely horrible! They didn’t make the pizza I requested and burnt it! I called to notify them of the mess up and the employee that answered the phone was completely rude! He stated his name is Danny, who was the manager. If gas wasn’t damn near $5 a gallon, I would drive back up there and throw the pizza “he need to see” in his face! Learn how to talk to customers sir!!! I will not be ordering from this location again. I’ll just stick to Rebsamen Rd!!!

Got a pick up order within the last month, very friendly service, and it was ready when I got there.

Pizza was fresh and ready when they said it would be. The manager I spoke to was friendly, helpful, & professional.

Horrible service with both the manager and the delivery driver. The female that kept answering the phone was sweet and helpful. The manager hung up on me after I stated to him I haven’t received my pizza’s. He gave nothing but excuses and wasn’t able to offer a solution. His delivery driver didn’t even attempt to deliver the pizzas I ordered so he took them back to the store after I didn’t answer my phone when he called. He didn’t leave a message and I called him back and he didn’t answer. I am literally sick and tired of people saying we are short staffed and can’t do our jobs. Not acceptable.

I had a coupon card and they had a better deal he did not even let me know totally wrong for that ???

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'm in town from out of state and ordered this pizza and cinnamon sticks. The oizza took over an hour to arrive, was cold to the touch, and in a pile in the box. There was no icing for the cinnamon sticks when I had paid for an extra as well. Called the store and spoke with a manager. It being a Friday and them being busy isn't an excuse for poor food. I didn't pay $25 for cold pizza that is soggy as well. The manager basically told me he would refund my money and hung up on me. Absolutely worse experience I've ever had from any domino's.

Thursday, April 14, 2022 7:50pmI was calling in an order from my car while sitting right outside the store. Guy picks up and says "Domino's, can you hold" and immediately puts me on hold. I watch for about 4 minutes as one guy makes pizza and the other 4 stand around talking. I hang up and call back and watch as a guy picks up and says "Dominos, can you hold" and immediately puts me on hold. Watch for another 4 minutes on hold while the same 4 guys just clown around doing nothing. I hung up and drove across the street to the taco truck.

THIS RESTAURANT IS VERY DISGUSTING TOO THE COMMUNITY!!! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE MANGER IS SO RUDE WHY HAS THE OVEN BEEN BROKE FOR TWO YEARS ?WHY DOES BREAD BITES LOOK SO FLAT? !!! HOW ARE YOU MAD AT PEOPLE WHO IS SPENDING THIER HARD EARNED MONEY ????I RATHER GO TO BED HUNGRY THEN EAT HERE NASTY ATTITUDE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE I HATE THAT JFK HAD FAILED THIS WAY NOW 1 MANAGER BY THE NAME OF RYAN AND RYAN ONLY IS A GREAT UNDERSTANDING PERSON THE OTHERS FOLLOW HIS LEAD WHEN TALKING TO PEOPLE WHO SPENDS THERE HARD EARNING !!! We live in Cabot Arkansas. Ive never in my life had such a deplorable response from a so called manager as I did just 15 minutes ago. I asked to speak to a manager he said I am one. I asked his name he said no I will not release that information. I then explained I am Shannon Kamm and I would just appreciate knowing who I am speaking with. He still very rude refused to give his name and with his already deplorable attitude I then decided to just try to go over his head. I then asked for his district manager name and the time he or she would be at the cabot location he asked why. I stated so I could come in to speak with them. His reply was I Don't know it. He says maybe I can help you. I then stated no you can not seeing as how my original issue was no longer why I needed to speak to the district manager which by the way he didn't even know what I had originally called for because until that moment hadn't cared to ask. I then let him know that now my issue was with the extreme unprofessional attitude he was giving off. He then hung up on me. I have a huge family. I have Facebook. Twitter. Discord. And what's app. Several broad ways of communication with hundreds of thousands of people. And believe me. If I do NOT receive an immediate formal apology from this so called manager on duty at this moment at the cabot arkansas store I will use every resource at mine.. my husband's and my daughters disposal to let everyone know exactly how I dominoes managers treat people. This is only the second time we've had an issue with this dominoes. It's superbowl so we didn't want to leave the house and had no problem if the pizza took longer to get to us as it's a busy holiday. The driver came with the wrong order (he was new and it was his first day and very nice so none of this was his fault) so he called the store and told us the systems manager Jeff would be calling us concerning our order to get the missing pizza from our order. We waited about 30 min and never got a phone call. I called the store and the man who answered the phone just couldn't be bothered with me. We are finally getting it delivered. The food is always great but the customer service is terrible. Will be switching to a different store.
