Service here is really top notch and you will get in and realize thisIt's always full house and the pancakes were soft and fluffy, the biscuits had the right texture: soft and great combination with the smoked gravy. What else would a person ask for?Everything was pretty great

Sat outside in the curbside pickup area. Went online to let them know I was there. Then I waited. And I waited. And I waited. After 15 minutes and no answer when I called from the website, I finally went in to find out what was up.I found my food sitting behind the counter, cold.Apparently there's a lack of communication between front of house and back of house. Also, the pancakes were CHEWY, but even cold, the hashbrown casserole was pretty good.

My wife and I just ate dinner here. Very dissatisfied with the service. Our server was polite, but he never came out to check on us or get us refills. The food was very good as usual, but all the servers were busy on their personal phones. We definitely will NOT be back to this location. I would think Cracker Barrel would have a policy about NOT being on their phones while handling food in general, yet alone while serving their customers. ??

I and my work mate came here for breakfast .. They have got one of the best tasting pancakes (percent pancakes r mind blowing) and tots ever!!! Their pancake syrup is a +....Delicious breakfast!!!!Can't forget the beautiful and unique items at the store that make for perfect gifts for any occassion.

this was my first time here and it was also my Mom's birthday ?? was an amazing experience!!

Great Atmosphere, the price don't cost much, the food was Good, Great Service friendly waitress.

Enjoyed eating here because it has great food and we do not have a Cracker Barrel restaurant near where I live. Service was good, too.

For good see ice not bad

We stopped here due to its proximity to the highway. Other restaurants were 4 miles into the city and we were towing an RV. To order a baked potato, It would be a 45 min wait due to low staffing. ( the waitress explained) We waited 15 minuites to be seated. The food was mediocre. I would not return here. Next time we will continue on to another exit with more choices. The people were friendly though and the country store was well stocked with their usual items and gifts. To be fair, I have never been a real fan of Cracker Barrels menu, this stop did not improve my opinion. The presentation was particularly poor on this occasion as well.

Everyone was very friendly and food was awesome!
