Old, nasty chicken but fresh food on other meal
I've tried to pick up three times and each time the McCain location always closes early, and has erratic hours so I have to drive across town to get my chicken fix.
We like eating from Church's. The food is great. No complaints
Listen i love churches but this one got my order wrong about 72 times. The cashier asked me if I wanted lemonade like 20 times at the window because they forgot which drink I wanted over and over. It was a sprite but I almost took the lemonade. Its kind of funny now but that day it wasn't. They got our order wrong so it took longer, we ain't get no straws and my cup broke as soon as we pulled out the drive thru. My husband got the chicken fried steak and we weren't given any silverware so I just shared my shrimp and tenders with him and we brought his food home for later. Your biscuits were on point though. I'm not a Karen that comes on here to complain, I get working fast food people treat yall bad and at times it gets busy or overwhelming. But that being said you could've at least given us utensils to eat ? Good luck on future sales and services.
Haven't been to a Church's in a while. Went today and was pleasantly surprised. Restaurant was very clean. Employees were pleasant and attentive. Food was very good.
The mashed potatoes had more gravy than potatoes. Everything else was fine.
Half of the chicken was hot and the other half have been setting a little bit long but overall it was OK
I want y'all to do better. Everytime I go to THIS Church's Chicken, something is Always missing. This time I paid for four peppers but only received three. Plus, why were my mashed potatoes in a sixteen ounce styrofoam cup rather that a small cup? Asking for a friend.
Worst restaurant ever,no gravy,served mashed potatoes in a fountain cup,its was so tall you could barely reach them with the fork,yes a fork and then the potatoes were runny.Skip this one all the way around.
