Don't usually leave reviews but needed to in this situation, was not very busy, waitress took a long time to bring and get orders, was very nice though. Brought sweet tea that was unsweetened, so asked for another and brought back the same thing... unsweetened...
I love the Sunday happy hour. Ian was a great bartender and made me a good drink. Every time I come to this location it is so busy and they never have nearly enough staff on the floor.
Placed a To-Go order on the way out of work, drove 20 minutes there and sat in the lobby for exactly 34 minutes before they finally tell me they've "lost" my quesadillas. No excuse, no reason, they simply "lost" my quesadilla. Young lady at the counter was very nice, but the manager(?) with her could seemed to have cared less, he just wanted to talk to the Door Dash guy. Had to ask twice for a refund.
Food was good. Wait wasn't bad. Dal, though, man....he would make this a 6 star rating! Awesome waiter. Whenever we come back, we are asking for him.
I had the new beef brisket hamburger and it was absolutely delicious had to try it best hamburger I think I've ever ate
If I could do 0 stars I will. Chris was our server. Literally brought my food out cold never brought me a refill but sent 6 waters to our table? He never came to ask how our food was. Had to flag him down for refills of our sodas and some a1 and other sauce never got it. When he finally came to bring us our ticket I had sat there while every one else at my table at told him I need a to go box now that my food is cold. He did this to the table beside us as well. Will walk right back out next time if he is our server.
My daughter and I went to go eat inside and we requested a booth away from the bar. We told the hostess that I have noise sensitivity due to a chronic illness and we showed her where we usually set. She was about to seat us and the manager was at one of the register stands directly on the other side of the booth the hostess was going to set us at. He immediately snapped at the hostess and told her that he didn’t have a waitress for that area. The hostess then told him that I had noise sensitivity. He shrugged his shoulders and said “it’s a restaurant” and pointed to another booth. I told the hostess that was very rude and we would go somewhere else. Being in a manager’s position, he should’ve been more considerate and understanding instead of being so rude and snappy with not only the hostess but also with us as customers. He must fail to realize that HIS customers is what makes his paycheck!! This is the SECOND time this has happened at this particular location. I do not see us returning anytime soon. You’ve lost a loyal customer due to an extremely unprofessional manager.
Our server Frances was great!! She knew her stuff and was very personable. Food came out super fast and tasted great. We felt very well taken care of.
Ordered TX cheese fries and they were hard and the cheese was hard! Had to take it back and they did remake them. Easy to fix no reason for them to be hard and burnt.
Food is decent, but our server ASHLEY was just great! Friendly, cheerful and attentive. All food servers should be like her!
