i used to eat at this location all the time. for about the past year i have seen a decline in the service and food quality but it’s still above average for fast food. my last experience i asked for a wrap how i’ve gotten in dozens of times before with no meat and no cheese because i’m vegan. i was told they were not able to do special wraps anymore which i feel is ridiculous since i’ve worked at chick fil a myself and have seen many accommodations for others. thoroughly fed up and feel like chick fil a just isn’t what it used to be. for reference i have attached my order.
We visited 7/8/22 during lunch. The food was delicious & dining area was immaculate. Not one…but every employee we came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful! Perfect!
I purchased 3 orders and asked for BBQ sauce for all three orders and some honey roasted BBQ as well. I received 2 BBQ and 2 honey roasted. I asked for more as I had three orders. One of the managers, Taylor only wanted to give me one more honey roasted stating they had a limit. It wouldn't have been so bad except her attitude was horrible, towards the other employees and the customer. I don't typically like to name drop on bad reviews but Ms. Taylor made it a point to let me know her name when I informed her that I would be calling the GM. I have always had a great experience with this location until tonight. All over sauce. Smh. We use BBQ for our fries and strips for me that is at least 3 sauces. So, how with 3 orders we only get 2 I don't understand. It has never been a problem before. Maybe she was just having a bad night, it happens but that is no reason to be nasty with the employees and the customers. Oh and whoever did the ice-cream cones did a terrible job.
Great service, great food, feels like your home. I wish you could tip the employees they do such a great job in helping you with refills when you have all your kids. Real kid friendly atmosphere. Thanks
One of my favorite places to eat out. This restaurant is just drive-thru and pick up. It is across the street from the mall. It was very clean, and rhe service was excellent as usual. The workers were nice, and we came almost at closing. The food was hot and tasty.
This is my favorite fast food but the drive thru lines are always so long. The staff is always so friendly but recently while dining inside, I was told they would bring my drink to me but I had to go up there to get it myself. I'm not sure why the person who takes the order doesn't get the drink too but I'm sure they have their reasons. ?
Worst Chic-Fil-A I’ve ever been to! Line is always wrapped around the building twice! I went there for breakfast, got a burrito with chicken, hash browns, and eggs. I bit into it and was immediately disgusted with the molded/spoiled smell and taste! It was either the cheese or eggs. Soon realized that it was the eggs! I’m sure the eggs are liquid eggs! I called and finally got an answer. The manager never apologized but immediately jumped to say “well I checked the date on the eggs and they’re not expired”. Dates aren’t the only thing that defines freshness! The liquid eggs could have been left out of the refrigerator too long and spoiled! Never again will I go to this location! I’d rather drive all the way to a Little Rock location!
Tried one of the new BBQ Grilled Chicken sandwiches. I didn't know quite what to expect so I ordered as it comes. I would have enjoyed more BBQ sauce. It's hard to find better food than at Chick-fil-A anywhere we have stopped across the USA.
Love Chick-fil-A!! But the fact they won't let you get to the menu In the drive thru before bombarding you trying to take your order. They don't carry menus anymore so you have to guess. Then you get to the menu after ordering only to think "dang, I wish I would have gotten this or that instead!"
I ran in quickly during a rainy spell needed a little lunch and grabbed a combo with waffle fries due to the weather. I dropped everything because my bag got wet, but not because of any fault from chick- FIL- A... my choices, my fault. Food was good, what little I enjoyed, but i recommend anyone dine in their fine establishment. The service is very good..4 stars.
