Slow service, probably understaffed. Fish was undercooked. Fries were fresh and hot. Parking lot/drive through is in a terrible state of disrepair. Good luck
The fish, fries and slaw were very good. The floor in the dining area was so greasy that you could almost skate on it. Even worse the air conditioner was not working on a 100 degree day in July. I felt sorry for the ladies working in that heat.
6/30 I was upcharged for Mac and cheese and told the guy I did not want coleslaw bc he kept saying coleslaw when repeating my order back to me. I still ended up going home with coleslaw. I saw the container and assumed it was Mac and cheese. Biggest mistake! People do not care about their work like they used to take pride in doing a good job. That is stealing from the customer technically.
The customer service was great! But the inside was dirty. Go in the drive through and avoid going inside if you want Captain D’s.
We pulled in, employees sitting outside. Noone inside the restaurant. Told us card reader was down. Which we had cash. Female employee asked do yall know what yall want? Or need to look at menu? Which we replied look at menu. Got inside took the order. I went to restroom. They were disgusting. Toilet hadn't been cleaned. Flies everywhere. I didn't even use the restroom. Our booth and tables were disgusting. The female employee brings us our food then walks outside. And starts smoking a joint. She looked back in window make sure we weren't looking at her. I realized didn't get hushpuppies with my meal. We waited til she came back inside and asked for them . 9 minutes went by finally got my hush puppies which were so hot I couldn't touch them and was already done with my food. The windows were disgusting. The floor had dead bugs all over it. Window sills had dead bugs in them. I told my husband to hurry up so we could get out of there. Walking out, the smell of Marijuana hit me Which confirmed she was indeed smoking it and infront of front door of restaurant and in front of customers. Wasn't very happy with this experience at all. Will not be going back. This place needs to be shut down.
Every time I order a fish sandwich there is the smallest amount of tarter sauce on it and the bread is always burnt. There hasn’t been lettuce on it in about a year. Your employees don’t let the customer know they just serve it without.
The drive thru speaker is out. They were out of medium cups and sweet tea. Our coleslaw was room temp. The coleslaw was very concerning to me considering that hot coleslaw is how you get food poisoning. I was not impressed with this place.
Not so good service was bad and the food was cooked to hard gave me two little pieces of chicken stripes was really one together and was cooked way to hard
The staff are so respectful and caring. My mom and I just moved to the neighborhood about 3 weeks ago. And we've already made a nice connection with one particular lady. If it isn't too much to ask for.. just tell your crew I got my lobster rolls and WE LOVE THEM?
Went to eat in the lobby that was empty of people and literally every table was dirty and covered in food. My wife asked one of the workers for some cleaning spray and a towel and the woman that appeared to be the manager started rolling her eyes and making negative comments to the worker right in front of us like we weren’t standing there. Disgusting restaurant and unprofessional and rude!!!
