With all due respect, lasagna from school and my home much better. The atmosphere somewhat depressing. The waitress though was sweet and soft-spoken. Respectfully, we do not recommend.
Capeo was alright. Service and atmosphere was good. Food was alright. You could tell it was fresh so I did enjoy that. We tried a few things and overall with each dish, I felt flavors could have been balanced a little more, but it was still good. Desserts weren't my favorite. Good place to check out and try but I don't think it'll be a regular place. I will say the pricing is pretty nice though.
Loved our experience here and just made reservation to go back before leaving Little Rock. Had the fish special prepared beautifully and cooked to perfection. So many things I would have tried. Caesar salad was a bit too anchovy for me but my husband loved it. We actually split it. Good wine by the glass list. Tip: go to the wine bar across the street called Crush. Cute Main Street to walk. Parking no problem.
The staff at Capeo wants to provide a fine dining experience. The decor and the ingredients lay a good foundation but the food and the cooks do not cooperate.
Mollie was excellent! Great dining experience. We tried the Hunters platter..very good! The mushroom sou9 was delish! The wine selection was awesome. We had gelato and tiramsu for dessert. Recommend ????❤?
The creaminess of their Alfredo is so good. It's best to calland get reservations.
A wonderful, upscale Italian restaurant, with the best food in town. I recommend reservations, it's a small restaurant but the staff is phenomenal and the service is absolutely superb. Try the pork chop, it's one of the best things I have ever eaten.
Had a wonderful date night with Wife. Cozy place with awesome staff and great food! Great place for a date-night.
Dined here for the first time in a couple of years. Previous visits were always very good, but not this time. Our waitress was very nice, but the service was painfully slow. We were able to place our order fairly quickly after sitting down, but after 45 minutes we had not even gotten our salads. In that whole time our waitress never said anything to us about the status of our order, so I finally got her attention to let her know we were still waiting for our food, and that we had not even gotten our salads. Barely one minute passed and the salads arrived. Another 25 minutes passed before we got our entrees. My wife enjoyed her spaghetti carbonara, but my papparedelle alla capeo was very disappointing. It was supposed to contain mushrooms, eggplant, bacon, olives, artichoke hearts, and peppers, but I was hard pressed to find or taste any of those ingredients. It was basically pasta and tomato sauce. So, all in all a very be disappointing visit.
Amazing! Do yourself a favor and have the Carbonara tiramisu. The best I’ve had in the state. Isabella was my server and she was very friendly, and accommodating. We will ask for her again because we Will surely return!
