This place deserves more business.I'm sure it does well but I wish the locals would support it like I hear they do other Bar Louie locations in Missouri.I happen to be here on a Thursday so the DJ is here like he is Friday and Saturday as well.This is a place for party people and happy families, I swear.I'm 46 so I remember going to El Chico at the Hot Springs mall and seeing everybody there.We need to demonstrate that for the next generation of lovely folk.I just had a Lagunitas IPA and a couple Coors Lights on draft tonight.My waitress was quick and friendly with a smile and service.I chatted with a couple folk to my left and right at the bar.If you wanna hang in NLR, this a place you should support and enjoy.Great vibe. ?Update: I'm here at 7:30 on a Friday and it's much more lively.The margarita is great.Shrimp Street Tacos are nice with the cool tomatillo salsa on the warm grilled shrimp with lime drizzled over them.
Will not be returning! Food is not the same, customer service is horrible! I hate the changes, I used to love eatting here. She didn’t want to give me my correct change back when she got gratuity that she didn’t deserve because she only came to the table to take our order. I had to go get her any other time and she would take forever coming back. As expensive as the food is it should taste way better than what it is don’t waste your time or money.
Went in stood at the door for atleast 5 minutes. Waitress finally comes by and says sit wherever you want. So we chose a table but noone ever came to the table. We had to grab a menu off another table. We sat atleast 15 minutes and was never acknowledged by anyone in the restaurant so we left. Very bad customer service. This is my first visit and wanted to try it out
Went with a friend and got the chicken parmesan grilled cheese and Jesus it was good! Also the flatbread and pretzel bites were pretty good too! Love going here!
I went to Bar Louie on 4/09/2022, with a party of three. We got 4 drinks total between the 3 of us and we were there for 2hours and 45minutes. The Service was terrible, and there was a 20% gratuity added after 8pm. That wasnt an issue as long as the service is good, but it was terrible. To make matters worse the waitress brings me my receipt and says the gratuitys already included in the total and i said ok cool, because 41 wasnt too bad even though the service was terrible. Then the next day my account was charged 50.39. They added a 20% after i signed my receipt for only the 41.98. Then it took 3 days to get ahold of a manager that could do anything to fix it. "Scott" the manager only refunded the gratuity and i had to call 3 times in the same night before he would even give me the time of day. Even after explaining how terrible a night it was and that they commited fraud on my account. I would stay clear of this establishment they have bad business. Theres so many better places to spend your hard earned money, for example: Cheba Hut in LR. They have a great atmosphere and dont overcharge you. Plus they have a secret stash menu of specialty drinks. I included Bar louies fraud photos and photos of Cheba Hut since they are Amazing!!!

Food was good,but they automatically charge 20% on your ticket per person and you have no say. I am investigating to see if this is legal.Wont be back
A friend & I went last week . After being there for 2 hours after ordering food & drinks, my food still didn’t come out. I spoke with the bartender & she said another waitress took the order so she was going to take it off my tab. I only ordered sliders , 2 shots & 2 drinks & my total was $69. I told the bartender that the food was still on my tab. She brung me back a new tab but she had already cashed it out before letting me sign . My total was still $66 with an added $11 tip that i didn’t approve. I don’t appreciate a tip being added with it only being 2 ppl & horrible service!!!!!!!!
Food was decent but overpriced and took way too long. Server was good, but one server for a party of 15 wasn't enough.
