Horrible! Worst wing stop ever. I have went multiple time and the food was wrong. I returned my food and they put my ticket behind 10 others despite them making a mistake. they don't wash their hands went from making food to answering the phone and taking money back to cooking food. Manager is equally as rude as the rude employees. Management is terrible, staff are terrible. Its honestly sad
Pitiful!I ordered the All In Bundle for delivery. The order said it was delivered at 9:55pm, I gave it 15 minutes to show up but it never did. I called the store 12 times and they never answered, even though they do not close until 12:45am. I proceeded to drive to the store, I was half way there and received a text saying that my food was delivered at 10:16. I was pretty mad because it was 30 minutes after the time that it originally claimed that it was delivered. I drove back home to my food being hard and over cooked, cold, and I was missing 2 out of the 6 chicken tenders as well as 5 wings.I called the store 2 more times and they never responded and my driver could’ve cared less.I will NOT be returning to this location.
I ordered lemon garlic wings, rcvd garlic parmesan with a little lemon pepper sprinkled on them. I called the store to advise them that I didn't receive what I ordered. The manager, Philip proceeds to gaslight me & tell me that "we've been making them for four years, thts how we were trained to make them. if u don't want garlic parmesan seasoning on them, u have to say tht." what part of lemon garlic leads to a customer getting garlic parmesan. this place is a jokey joke. also female employees need to wear hats or at the very least not play with their hair.
The wings were great! The wait was long so I suggest you call it in or order online. Take my advice, you don’t want to dine in for various reasons.
Cajun is supposed to be a dry rub. For some reason about a month ago they started drenching the cajun wings in buffalo sauce which overpowers the cajun. I asked about it and was told at the time it was because I was getting boneless (70 cent boneless Tuesday) so they said they had to use more sauce to make the seasoning stick. Made sense. This time I made sure to order bone in, and once again, they are drenched in buffalo so I cant even taste the cajun seasoning.I guess I'm going to have to buy cajun wings in north little rock, carry them to the markham store, order some from them, and physically show them the difference. Pretty sure that they are literally tossing it in buffalo then sprinkling cajun seasoning on top afterwards because as you will notice in the picture, the excess buffalo sauce around the wings has 0 seasoning in it. Basically it seems like they just dont want to use an additional tossing bowlWe were so excited at the thought of getting cajun wings today and they ruined it.
When and got a 30 pieces order at the markham ,little rock restaurant the order comes with fries and the give me the most burnt bottom of the fyer fries ever come on people you serving human beings that are paying for this is not free the least you can do is sell good quality food .
The worst experience ever. The facility is filthy and the associates act though they could care less if you were there or not. I don’t think the owner must ever check in on the operation. Great product, terrible operation.
Super unprofessional, SUPER nasty inside and i paid almost $20 for garlic parmesan BONES and barely any fries that were edible. I ordered a large crispy 8PC and they gave me 7 crispy bones and burnt fries. every single time we go here it’s something else. I would drive the extra 10min for the other one over this place next time.
This place deserves negative stars. Firstly, I'm sympathetic to workers in the food industry, it's sometimes unforgiving. That's why I tip well and have a large tolerance for screw ups because things can happen that is out of the control of the person you are complaining to. But man this place is the worst that it drove me to write this.Just don't even bother ordering here. The sanitation is terrible - I've ordered through them before in-store and there was literally trash on the floor. It seemed like out of the four people there only two were working while the others were goofing off and having their friend come around. The people that work there not only don't care about what they are doing or you, but feel like they are doing you a favor even though you are a paying customer and they are a paid employee.I had placed an order which I paid for, which triggers them to make the food. When the delivery person came to pick it up, the restaurant claimed it was unpaid for. I called the restaurant and explained, was put on hold without being told I was being put on hold. Hung up after twenty minutes, called again, put on hold. Called one more time and was told "who cares, whatever" and the phone was slammed down. The poor delivery driver was nice enough to stay there the whole time trying to help me to get the people to understand how their own paying system works but it was futile. This isn't the first time I've had problems here (I've been able to figure it out with some effort) but this is the first time I've been left scrambling to figure out dinner for my family even though I had planned ahead to make sure things happened on time and to avoid this. Just goes to show you can plan all you want with this place, you'll still run into problems. There are a ton of 1-star reviews on here and you should believe them all because they fit the description of this particular Wingstop exactly. Poor excuses for employees, terrible sanitation, and just an overall lack of customer service.
They never answer the phone so I decided to go in and order but I still called. No customers were in the lobby and the cashier was leaning on the counter so apparently you can answer the phone. I literally order from here 4/5 times a month and have the same problem if my order isn’t made wrong they have horrible attitudes.
