My debit card was charged an extra 7.00 tip on top of the tip we placed on the card. When I called, I was told I would get a refund but there was no apology offered. What happened is theft. By one of your employees. How many other customers do you let this happen to that don’t catch it?

This place is awesome! They had great service and really good food… Came at a really good price as well!
Let me start off by saying that I have always loved Whole Hog and have always spread the word about how good it is. Tonight we ordered Door Dash from the Whole Hog on Markham. The order was missing two times, and one item was sent incorrectly. When we called the restaurant to tell them we were missing items, the young lady that answered told me to call Door Dash and get a refund. I explained to her that we didn’t need a refund, we needed to come get our food so we could eat, which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. The girl on the phone had a very “I don’t care” attitude and that was the same attitude we were met with when we drove 30 minute round trip to pickup our missing items. If this is the way Whole Hog is being run now, we won’t be back.
The ribs was delicious but seemed small for a half rack. The sides are limited and the Mac and cheese I wouldn't give 1 star. It was very clean and the staff is nice I did enjoy the selection of sauces
I would put 0 stars if it allowed me to do it. Apparently if you have light skin your service will suck and your food will be cold. Rude staff and shifty food. I have eaten at other whole hog cafes around the little rock area and they were excellent, but don't I repeat do not eat at the one on Markham if you are white.
This is still one of the Best American Pork Barbeque places around. Just disappointed in how the prices have really escalated. Just paid $13 for pound of pulled pork. I weighed it when I got home. I believe it was half the price before the pandemic. With a quart of baked beans and quart of potato salad, $42 total. I won't be able to eat there but once every few months.

Outstanding pulled pork sandwich! One of the best I've had that wasn't my own. Potato salad was off the chain as well.

Our food was fantastic. Pulled pork sandwich was so juicy and I really like their original sauce. Was disappointed that they were out of burnt ends. Service was great.
