If you aren't open please turn the parking lot and outside signs off. It's annoying when you pull I and everything is lit up, even the drive menu is on, yet you can't get anyone to answer. One star because that's the lowest they'll let me give

Got baby back ribs. Worse ever. Extremely dissatisfied. Were recommended by friends. It must have been a joke. Never going back ever. Except their carrot cake. Too kill for. Ambiance great.
The last two times I went here (online order for lunch and breakfast) my order was wrong. I had to tell the lady at the window what my order was 3 times. There was a lady yelling my order to the prep staff at the window like they hadn't made the sandwich yet. Everything was wrong. I had to hand the bag back only to get to work to find out I was given an unsweet tea instead of sweet. I'm not saying the food isn't good, but the efficiency is way off.
This is by far the worst Wendy's in town. They have never gotten our order correct. Not once ever. I am allergic to mayo, I always ask for mustard only. Never once have I gotten mustard. When does a large chili become a small? The person taking orders does not listen to the customer! Never again will we order from there.
Am not a big fast food person. So just this once I decided to get a burbon bacon burger. And it was delicious ? . Quick drive thru service.
Food was delicious!! I wish I could tell you what it was, but it was not our order. We ate every bit of it though and was not disappointed. We even got a bonus soda - we told them we should only receive two, (one with each combo) and kindly told us to keep it. I'll come back again. The food quality was excellent and we're happy we got to try a combo meal we wouldn't have normally ordered and thoroughly enjoyed!
This is a newer, updated version of the usual Wendy's fast food restaurant. Very appealing on the outside. We arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon, and went through drive-thru. We were five cars deep in a line waiting for our orders, and it was taking them a very long time to get that line back in order. That's what got them only four stars. The food was good, hot, fresh and tasty. It seemed like when WE got up to the window they just popped our food out and we were on our way again, so someone must have had some gigantic order that they were waiting on that caused the traffic jam. But anyway, the store is nice, I imagine the people normally give really fast service, and I enjoyed our experience there.
Not sure what was going on but I waited for about 10 minutes at the window for 2 four for fours. After I realized my food had been sitting there all that time near the window. There was a car waiting in front of me and a train or cars behind me. My food was not hot. It was ok but not good. This is usually the best Wendy's to eat from..
Why is it still called “fast food,” this place is anything but fast. If your short staffed maybe you should close until you have more employees.
