Our waitress was very friendly, food came out quick, we got a seat quick, and we were checked out quickly.**GET THEM A WORKING AC!** It was a real feel of 107 DEGREES outside when we ate at 11:30 AM. I've worked in a building with hot equipment during the summer when I was four months pregnant when the AC didn't work. I wouldn't wish that on anyone else.Someone in management or above needs to fix it, FAST. They deserve better than that.

I wanna give a great review. I love waffle house. I've been waiting 10 minutes for the coffee in front of me.

Went there after trying IHOP and Dennys with my brother for breakfast and the food, service and the waitress were totally awesome. I haven't gone there since the pandemic started and I tell you the truth, the food was great! The other places won't get my money ever again unfortunately. Going back tomorrow morning. ???☕

Food is fabulous. The staff are attentive and sweet as can be. The condition of the building really needs a good cleaning (vent above us was disgusting).

Today, I endured a BAD experience that left me leaving this location and going to Shackleford. I called prior to going to Bowman for a take out order and the recording said they were not accepting take out orders over the phone and to come in. I visited to the location. Went to the register to place my to go order and was asked to step aside several times while other patrons where checked out and seating for ordering. After 15 mins of waiting, a host asked for my order and I waited another 25 minutes and still had no order. The host seen me looking and never acknowledged if my food was ready or not. Then the cooks stopped cooking and told a break. It was at that point that I decided to leave.

My waitress did an excellent job but there was this one waitress who disrespected me when I was trying to get my waitresses attention! This woman and her sister decided to call me some street slang name because I was looking at my waitress! Then when i reported this woman she wanted to get defensive about what her and her sister did! Here’s some advice: don’t bring family to your job because it will get you fired and second, the restaurant business isn’t for you! I recommend the streets!

Legit walked in, got told no more order being taken in a rude voice. Asked, you’re 24/7 right? Got told yes but not tonight….okay so you just don’t want business or money ? Cool got it message received.

This is a location we regularly visit. The service is always good and the waitstaff efficient and friendly. Exactly Exactly what a seated restaurant should be.

In 21 years of working for Walmart marketing USA this is the worst Waffle House I have ever attempted to eat at. I work all hours of the night, I understand the lack of people wanting to work and finding good help. But the audacity of the cook coming to the door and telling me they were closed for a while. I asked do y’all do this every night? If so what is the schedule? This is my 3rd attempt to eat there in 4 days. I’m done. Y’all need a rebranding and go back to master cooks that took ownership of the restaurant. Or just close your doors while you’re in the black before you go into the red and all profit is lost. Good luck I can better my health by choosing something off the shelf where I’m working.

This place needs to be closed down. The customer service is horrible. The waitress that was waiting on me threw the receipt and pen on the counter. This should be unexceptable, as the manager acted as if he didnt see anything. These places of service are so desperate that they are hiring anything /anybody but is it worth it??? I was getting and order to go which took 30 minutes for them to take my order and after that I cancelled my order and they took their time crediting back my credit card. Beware going to this place!!!!! Horrible people working there!
